She became an actor and singer. It was November 23, 1992, 4:19 in Franklin, Tennessee when there was a faint cry coming from the hospital. Leticia(Tish) Married Billy Ray Cyrus and gave birth to a baby girl named Destiny Hope Cyrus. As a young baby, Destiny smiled deeply often; so much that her nickname was “Smiley Miley.” Later, Tish changed Destiny’s name to Miley. Miley grew up on a farm with two siblings and three, half siblings.
