The two plates are different from each other, but they are both truly beautiful. The plate from the Ming Dynasty plate has much more detail, and it is more colorful. However, the Ancient Greek plate is very simple using neutral colors and less detail. Both cultured, yet different. In my opinion, the Ming Dynasty one is the one I found more appealing. It fits more with who I am. The Ming Dynasty uses blue, and is busy. It is captivating! Whereas the Ancient Greek is brown and black, and simplistic. Although it is nice, the colors are just bland, and the plate as a whole is somewhat dull to me. In my research I found that most Ancient Greek pottery was in brown and black.
