It’s multipurpose use and its perfection as a time-saving machine for the cooking and it’s a time saving tool and maintain the uniformity, this lead mixer grinder to a wonderful invention. It is always very far better than human hand’s tools like knives scrubbers, slicers, and cutters. Mornings are rush hours in a typical urban home, and exactly here the Mixer grinder would find its place. Making of dough is not a simple easy job without mixer grinder, every Indian home prepares breakfast like idly and dosa which requires dough, preparing food for a hungry junior family member is not a easy task. The mixer grinder in the kitchen will be a big relief for every home. South Indian style of cooking is very tough because there are many ingredients to add up in their food and curry which will be easier with a mixer grinder so in this session a detailed study of south Indian food is also carried out. Indians won’t go for a hotel food every time especially in rural areas people only ate hotel foods while travelling or some other specific reason they can’t make their food in home, rural peoples ate less in hotels and restaurants ,urban people also don’t prefer restaurant all the time. Every Indians love to take home food because it’s good for health, so Indian kitchen has all the tools like the mixer grinder which is used to make different types of curries and chutneys which family loves to eat. These kitchen tools will help to make the delicious food in time [4].
2.2 Mixer Grinder A mixer grinder is a kitchen appliance which is used to do various repetitive tasks in the process of food preparation. Mixer grinders are somewhat similar to blenders in many ways. The main difference is that mixer grinder has interchangeable blades and disks instead of a fixed blade. And also, their bowls are wider and shorter, a more appropriate shape for the solid or semi-solid foods usually worked in mixer grinder. Usually, little or no liquid is required in the operation of the mixer grinder but in a blender, which requires some amount of liquid to move the particles around the blade.
