• What do you know about Model United Nations?
Model United Nations, also known as Model UN or MUN, is a simulation of various international political, economics, and social organization. In the conference the participants have the opportunity to play a role as diplomats and ambassador, representing different countries, Non-Governmental Organizations and corporations participated by students. In the conference also the participants challenged to be active and able to represent their respective interest of the assigned country. Joining MUN requires the participants involves the abilities for substantial researching, public speaking, debating, and writing skills, as well as

Self-development
Taking part in EuroMUN 2016 would be a proper way for me to develop myself to become a better person in terms of leadership and interpersonal skills, because in this conference the participants are required to show the leadership ability as well communication skills in order to be fruitful for the sessions and get the best resolutions for the world.

2. Understanding diversity
Participated by students from different nationalities increased the excitement to meet new friends as well as wider the network, I would appreciate it as I gain more understanding and recognizing but also learning the diversity as well as the culture, languages, food, dance etc. it makes me more motivated it’s because it triggers me to represent my unity in diversity country Indonesia, to the world.

3. Best way to learn
It is also become one of the fun ways to learn about global issue emerging or to be acquainted with diplomacy and international issues as well as be aware of that. i would also be able to see how other people perception about different problems and how they face it. So that I would gain useful knowledge that later I can use it not only for myself but also for the world improvement especially my beloved country

The example of the most tragic attack that we see is the 9/11 tragedy that creates fear until today and lead to UN to prevent Terrorism by setting up Counter Terrorism Committee.

And after that a lot of terrorism occurs, and lately the world shocked about the Paris tragedy, mass shooting, mass murder, bombing, hand grenade, and hostage taking killed 130 person and 368 injuries. This is an issue that the world should tackle together. We as the people of the world should stand together and create awareness of how the terrorism goes like of conducted by. Beside the United Nations already have the act of prevention, we as the people of the world have to support it for the world peace and stop the terrorism that ruin the lives and dreams of many people.
