For the most part, motorcyclists can soley agree that lane splitting is safer and more efficient for everyone on the roads. The other side comes mostly from other drivers who do not ride a motorcycle. Whether it be truck, car, bus, or semi, most anyone who does not ride a motorcycle can come to an agreement that filtering is dangerous and that the efficiency is not worth taking lives over. [My Beliefs] Being a motorcyclist myself, I passionately believe that lane splitting should be legalized throughout the United States. I believe that the legalization of lane splitting could make riding a bike more enjoyable just for the simple fact that it would make riding a bike safer, while at the same time, making roadways efficient for everyone else on the road.
The lifestyle of a motorcycle rider is filled with excitement and convenience, but is hindered by those who are driving too slow. This is considered an obstacle because 49 of the 50 states do not allow lane splitting for motorcycle riders. Lane splitting is riding a bicycle or motorcycle between roadway lanes of vehicles driving in the same direction. More narrowly, it refers to overtaking slow or stopped vehicles by traveling between lanes. This becomes bothersome because motorcycle riders, like automobile drivers, do not enjoy sitting in traffic for long periods of time for it can be tiring just sitting there holding the bike up without a break.
Injured maybe, but alive. Having to wear a seat belt should be made a primary law. Many people do not wear seat belts. Especially if they are driving in a residential area, or are not driving very far. They think that because they are not driving far or because they are not driving fast, that it’s fine if they do not wear a seat belt.

All those updates and advances in aren’t in everyone’s budget and not everyone can get them or has them so suing your phone isn’t worth taking all those risks.
