In case study three Mr H. Brown, 18-year-old, who is charged with Actual Bodily Harm. Which falls under Section 47 of the Offences Against the Persons Act 1861. ABH is a triable either way offence so it can be seen in either the Crown Court or Magistrates Court, depending on the severity of the case.
