Multiculturalism is debatable issue in the world, so many diverse peoples have a lot of different opinions. Some people think that it has many drawbacks for the countries’ national culture, peoples’ traditions and mores, whereas others say that it is a positive phenomenon because of the many aspects. Since multiculturalism develop, under the racism, laws, discrimination and prejudice are significantly decreased. In Azerbaijan which is as a model of multiculturalism and tolerance and, intercultural and interreligiousdialogue, tolerance, and religious culture is strengthening day by day because they brings the development of country, tranquility, peace and happiness together. The operational definition of multiculturalism:
Multiculturalism is a system contains beliefs and behaviors that allows and respects the presence of all diverse ethnic and religious groups insociety, accepts and appreciates their ethno-cultural values, and encourages and promotes their many cultural customs within in cultural context which results in powering of society in terms of all sides. It encourages to preserve the distinctiveness of multiple cultures. There are also other settlement policies such as isolationism, cultural assimilation and racial segregation.
Isolationism does not accept that alien people (especially culturally alien ones) enter a country and live there, so preclude parallel existence of different cultures.
Cultural assimilation proposes absorption societies of minorities and recently arrived by prevailing societies and is the process by which a person or a group 's language and/or culture come to resemble those of another
