Municipal solid waste (MSW) management systems are becoming more complex most immediate and serious issues in many countries with movement from landfill-base systems to resource-recovery-based solutions (Burnley, 2007; Burnley et al. 2007; Salma et al., 2012, Alamgir et al., 2007) and existing poor management practice always through a challenge to the government of the developing countries (Calo` and Parise, 2009; Halla and Majani, 2003; Mwangi, 2000; Ogu, 2000; Zia and Devadas, 2008); Salam et al., 2012.) of Asia like Bangladesh as well as other African countries. Door-to-door collection system is generally operated by using rickshaw van where as it is difficult to operate this vehicle where the road is not flat or plain and wastes are remained uncollected. The cities are divided into small blocks according to the number of households which are served by a particular number of vans e.g. 500 households for each block of KCC served by one rickshaw van (Ahsan et al., 2009). Again, community bin system are also introduced in most of the major cities which are made of bamboo or straw or brick for community use to dump waste. There area which are not under the door-to-door collection mechanism, people or their home servants carry their waste and dump them into these bins. Some NGOs and private organizations provide bins to the household to cooperate and motivate them in proper management of wastes.
