My career goal is to become a registered nurse. While I have not currently picked a concentration, I am leaning towards pediatrics or labor and delivery. Going to NYIT would help me with this goal because I would be able to earn my bachelor degree in nursing and then take the NCLEX and hopefully become a licensed, registered nurse. There are about 205,000 people who work as a nurse practitioner in the US. I do not know about you, but I would like to make the number increase up to 205,001. For many young girls, like myself, want to help save lives and we don’t even have to save their life but just help them. This is why a nurse practitioner would be the best job too have.
