In the workplace, being a leader can benefit me in many ways such as salary, respect of those around me, and the position I will hold. To me, the qualities of being a leader are quite important for my future. It is something that I strive to be, and I hope that in my future I will have a higher position and salary based on my qualities to lead. In developing a career plan for the executive manager we need to decide on practical steps based on action plan to develop their own career development plan. In this case, employee need to improve their self-based on knowledge; skills and ability before the management decide to assign in the right position for them move to the next stage of their career development. As employee, they have right to know how the management develop their career in an organization so that they can measure their strength and weakness to challenge their self in working hard for the highest position that they can achieve in the organization.

We decided to take out smart loans for my college education, which allowed my parents to help finance my interest while I was still in school. Competition for talent as labor markets improve, demographic changes that include the aging workforce that is bringing different generations working together, and the constant evolving of new technologies are just a few examples of the complex environment all HR professionals must navigate through in order to design positive strategic responses for the success of the company. HR professionals are expected to make the best selection in human capital and develop prospective leaders of the company who are equipped to take on leadership roles of the future so that the company stays viable in the long term. I thought about taking a year off and just working. My Grandpa always told my Mother and Uncle to go to college learn a trade so that they would enjoy what they do in life. My parents urged me to stay with going to school so I would stay in practice with studying. There are pro’s and con’s to both options. Making the right decision will affect the rest of your life.
