I yearned for some calamity in my life that was far from perfection. The masochistic side of me wanted something bad to happen to me. Essentially, my mind was overly curious about the events of the world and I was unable to satisfy that. I couldn 't know how disasters felt until I felt them, so I wanted to experience them. It was an unjustifiable craving. It was hard to explain why exactly I wanted it so bad. My first taste of disaster was when I was the ripe age of two years old. The balloon floated out of my grasp. I was two years old so that balloon was the best thing that had ever happened to me, considering that I had the attention span of a goldfish. My eyes were locked on the balloon. I wandered closer to the balloon and I heard a scream from my …show more content…
Such a strange guy," Sarah said with a small laugh. "Yeah," I said with a small grimace on my face. "Well, bye." I didn 't even bother to say goodbye to her. She scurried off in her white dress. Then, she entered. This girl had never entered the park before. If she had, I would have remembered her. She had a fancy designer bracelet on her right wrist. Her eyes were brown and wide and her skin was lightly tanned. Her smile was wider than any other smile I 've ever seen. She was hot, I wasn 't going to lie. She made her way over to me and I wasn 't sure what exactly I should do. Should I hide? She was looking straight at me so she 'd probably find it weird if I hid from her. "Hi." Well, that was a boring introduction. I expected her to say something a bit more exciting, but I guess I only have myself to blame for expecting too much from people. "Hey, I 'm Lee," I said. "Titania," she said. "It 's nice to meet you." "The pleasure is all mine," I said. "What 's a girl like you doing here?" "A girl like me?" Titania said. "What 's that supposed to mean?" "The bracelet on your right wrist is worth more than my entire existence," I said with a small
She went missing down the street by that tree. It was a white mustang that kidnapped her. We don't know much since it was during dinner.” Well I went by the tree and didn’t find anything.
What makes one person want to harm another? One reason a person may want to harm another is to get revenge. In the book The Year We Disappeared by Cylin and John Busby, John wants desperately to get revenge on the person who shot him in the face while he was out on a night patrol. John finds himself desiring to inflict harm on John Meyer, the person he assumes shot him, yet he does not know if this is the right thing and considers forgiveness as an option. Since the start of mankind, humans have had to contemplate these three ideas when deciding between forgiveness and revenge: the reasons people forgive, the reasons people commit revenge, and how their choice will impact others.
"Thomas Longwoods Acting Classes, they 're in Montgomery Valley now, I want to sign up" I tell my mother as I hold the sheet infront of her face. " Acting.... why? " She says, squinting her eyes to read the words while my baby sister Ronnie starts to nuzzle her head in to my moms neck. " Because its my drea-" Ronnie starts to spit up and mother jolts to the washroom before I can even finish my sentence. I lift the registration form and crumple in into my palms.

Humans are creatures of emotion and these emotions are what fuel the decisions we make. We began as predators, killing for survival, and throughout time we have evolved, and we no longer need to hold on to such animalistic instinct. Some of us however, hold on to that instinct and let it grow into something more, some would call it a passion, others could say it was for pleasure. It is believed that some people kill because they like doing so. These people are labeled as serial killers in today’s society.
1. Unlike Janie’s previous husbands, Tea Cake treats Janie with compassion and respect. In addition, he loves Janie for her personality instead of her looks and her role as a woman (housewife). 2. The speech characteristic that Tea Cake encourages Janie with is truth.
"You are kidding! " The girl said angrily, studying him with a long gaze. "I don’t." He answered. "I can show you my mini rewards that I always carry with me."
Sometimes, he took her curiosity as a lack of respect, but he soon realized that her inquisitive nature wasn’t necessarily a bad thing, and that it may, in fact, make her better and more interesting than anyone else he had met. After having many conversations with Clarrisse, he began to question his own views of the world, and started to want
She greeted us at the door with milk and cookies. Then we started to talk and get to know each other and then I realized that she was going to be my best friend. She started speaking
Everyone Grows Up Sometime: Coming of Age in To Kill a Mockingbird Prior to the spring break of my seventh grade year, I didn’t know how harsh the world could really be. I mean I knew about sickness, violence, death, all that good stuff, but I just sort of blew it off because nothing in my life had happened to where I needed to face those things. When I was 12 during spring break, I was as happy as any child would be on their spring vacation, but one day my parents pulled me and my brother aside and told us some pretty devastating news. They had told us that our grandfather had passed away in a house fire a few days ago.
I walked back and she stopped me and gave me this hand braided bracelet that I knew
“She was not as stupid as some I have had, and better company, but still perhaps her going was for the best. She was not what I needed.”
Normally, I would have would have laughed at her, but this time I think she is right. “I think so too,” I whisper, “We need clothes to blend in until we can figure this out.” She agrees and we start to follow the stagecoach.

But, here is the weakness, people get scared and resort to what they have learned over the course of their lives in times of strife. Other people that resort to the violence they speak of could be from there genetics.
