“The most important thing is to enjoy your life-to be happy-it 's all that matters,” said by Audrey Hepburn. As I am a materialistic person, to be happy in my lifetime I need to be successful. I need to be successful enough to make money to support myself. I will be happy when I can live comfortably and suit my needs so I can be happy. I plan to take my high school ability, use them in college to become successful in my career and live the life I dream of.
In high school, I plan to be as successful as possible to make college easier. My first goal is one of the most difficult, but one of the most rewarding, being having a 4.0 GPA for a quarter. I have always came close to having a 4.0, but I always am off by one grade. Another goal of mine is to take college classes in school and to be proficient in the classes I take. The first step to reaching this goal is to take the Accuplacer, which I have already taken and passed. So starting my junior year, I have already completed the first half of this goal. I believe that to complete my goal I need to not only be productive and use my time wisely, but to have a mindset where I tell myself that I can do it. In the past, believing in myself is usually the hardest part. My final goal in high school is to graduate. This might be the goal of most high school students, but for me it is more than just a diploma. Graduating is starting my life on my own and being more independent that I have ever before.
My goals for college are
I also want to learn more about Social Studies, Math, Science, and ELA. My third and most important goal is to just have fun. I want to enjoy every minute of high school. My last goal can not be completed without doing my first two goals. Hopefully I will be able to achieve all three of my goals while in high school.
As I traveled through each grade of the Croton-Harmon High School, my personal and academic goals helped to me to really flourish. These goals may have varied from year to year because a freshman is a little different from a senior, but they basically had all the same concept: I wanted to strive in school to be the best all-around student I could be, constantly stay focused and immerse myself in the Croton community. By setting my expectations and goals very high, I could flourish academically and really work to my full potential. By following these goals in school I pushed myself very hard and tried to take classes that would challenge me as well as help me to flourish as a student.
Going into high school, I set lofty goals and standards for myself. Currently, I am working towards acceptance into the nursing program at the University of Iowa and am on track to become a Nurse Anesthetist.
This is one of the few quotes I live my life by because I find it to be very true. Instead of working my life away in a cubicle, I rather do something I like for example helping others. My lifetime goals are to have a beautiful wife and buy my parents a nice house. As I grow older I hope to not forget where I came from and remember the people who raised me.
I want to be a recipient of the Delta Sigma Theta Chapter of East Point/College Park because I believe i exhibit the values of what Delta Sigma Theta was founded on. I also have always considered being a Delta or get an opportunity to be in something as great as a Delta Sigma Theta program. My goals include be accepted into a college or university, obtain as many scholarships as I can, and graduate with honors. Currently, I have been accepted into approximately eight schools and most offered scholarlship amounts that vary.
My goal with my college degree is to graduate with honors with a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice and eventually transition into law school within the state of Georgia. After law school, I plan to become a juvenile and immigration attorney in hopes of one day becoming a positive influence and defender for those without a voice. However, as a first generation college student, financially speaking attending college has not been easy. Surviving college would have been impossible without the support of my mother.
Reflecting on my personal and educational goals I believe UNCW, Wilmington will not only allow me to grow as a student or person, but will create new challenges in my life that will lead to fulfilling my goal of becoming a successful woman someday. Growing up in a small town off the Coast of Maine, I have grown up learning to do things on my own and that things in life aren 't handed to you. Since I was able to work I have been; racking blueberries, hauling lobster traps, digging for clams, working in diners, and much more. I have learned to be independent and to not have to rely on others. The one thing in life I have always wanted is to be able make something of myself and to build a successful future and not have to stress or struggle.
The one thing everyone wants. I have both educational and more sport related goals for my eighth grade year. I did share my first action plan for one of my made-to-be accomplishment. Another educational goal I want to accomplish is getting all As in work habits (for the third time in a row). All of them.
Setting smaller goals is nice because they are like stepping stones to my bigger goals. The reason I am so motivated to go to college is because I have the opportunity to be the first in my family to attend college. Seeing my parents struggle with money because they can’t get a decent paying job is one of the reasons I desire to go to college. I know by going to college, and doing what I love, I will be able to enjoy what I’m doing while being able to have a improved life than I had experienced.
Academic Goal The academic goal I have set forth is to do my very best in all my courses only A’s and B’s. This way I will have increased my odds in being accepted into multiple nursing programs so I can take the right step in achieving my first career goal as an ER rn . I believe this is a realistic goal as long I apply myself and stay dedicated I know I can reach that goal.
After college, I would love to become a high school music teacher. Some long term goals are to go back to college after teaching for awhile and get my doctorate in conducting. I also want to get married and have a nice family. My main priority is my education and to get a secure job that I
My educational goals are to try and get as many A's as I can on my report cards, graduate in the top 5 or 7 in my class, gain many scholarships to make it easier to get into college, and when I get into college I hope to get either a Bachelor's or Master's degree. Education is very important to me. I strive for success and I absolutely wish to make my parents proud even if they say they are already proud of me. I want to make them so proud and happy than they could ever be. My parents never got to college, and my brother wants to go to college.
College was always one of my long term goals as I continued with my education. Throughout the years I began to work harder and harder so I could secure my future. I knew that getting to college would not be easy. I am about to embark on a four year journey in one of the hardest fields to pursue. I will continue my education as a Nursing major at a four year university.
From stair-climbing wheelchair to prosthetic mind-controlled limbs - the rate of innovative products developed for the less fortunate people in the society is increasing. My long-term goal is to inspire the next generation of researchers to develop computational methods and optimization techniques that would help in creating products to aid differently abled people. I believe that making small changes to the design conceptualization methods will have a great impact on the efficient design of products. I believe that choosing a career as a professor will be a cardinal step towards reaching my long-term goal. Being a professor is the best platform for developing knowledge on computational design by doing what I'm truly excited, namely, learning
When I graduate high school, I plan on having future goals that I plan on achieving. My first goal is to go to college and get a degree. I plan on attending Purdue NorthWest majoring in engineering and minoring in business. This is my number one future goal that I need to accomplish because to be able to have a nice life, I need to go to college to support my future family. My next future goal would be get a starting job to be able to support my future family.
