Before you are a leader, success is all about growing yourself. When you become a leader success is all about growing others. (Jack Welch) What leadership means to me is the action of leading a group of people or an organization. To me, being a good leader means to speak up When you see something wrong or try to stop them if you can. For example, when I was in middle school some girls were smoking in the locker room. They asked my friends and me if we wanted to try it. I said "No." My friends were about to do it. I step up and said "You really should not do that, it's wrong, you can get in trouble and smoking cause cancer." they actually listened to me.
