As we all start to realize that the end of the year is coming we like to recap what we have done. This leaves us thinking what we have done. This leaves us think what has been accomplished have we pushed ourselves to the fullest content. If not what can we do to better ourselves so that we have ambitions. Getting into a new year comes along we see the improvements in oneself. How good it feels to start over getting a new chance in 2018. For this year i have made resolutions that i want to complete. Many goals I have set but i will talk about the most three important ones to achieve in this new year. May i achieve these goals that i have made so i could go on to others.
When I was growing up opening up to others was not an option. This kept

I want to make my parents proud of me. So far I have been achieving a 2.0 average which is alright for now. Absolutely want to push myself to try harder than that. Knowing that on day I could have a 4.0 or higher which is my resolution. Everyone wants to be able to graduate high school and go to a four year college. This something that also crosses my mind. Having a goods grades is the ticket to that. Specifically if I want to Fresno state or somewhere in Los Angeles. This goal will decide my future which is very intimidating and nerve racking. Also my fear is to disappoint my family in anyway especially if it comes school. I want to prove to them that I can do it all by myself. Disappointing them would make me feel the worst so I know that if i can get a 4.0 that it would definitely make them proud of me. If I achieve this goal I know that it will prepare me for the outside world. When I say this I mean that by achieving that 4.0 I must inherit some organised skills. Being able to have everything organized makes me at ease and is beneficial for me out there. Almost turning to a senior you have to start to keep yourself in check. Also know what you are going to once outside of highschool so there is a lot we have to mange. In 2018 will be the year I will learn this skill and hopefully use in the long
I hope you all had a wonderful Thanksgiving. I just wanted to give you all a couple of updates. I was giving students book bucks for reading at home each night. The students could then redeem their book bucks for a reward. Keeping track of all of the book bucks and rewards has gotten to be confusing.
Going into high school, I set lofty goals and standards for myself. Currently, I am working towards acceptance into the nursing program at the University of Iowa and am on track to become a Nurse Anesthetist.
The main goal I am focusing on is being accepted to a college on an academic or sports scholarship. To achieve this, I will have to be a scholar athlete. It’s a must, that I have to keep my grades up. I always want my grades to come first. No matter how good at something I can personally be, if I don’t have the grades, then I can’t achieve it.
Having the right attitude people will be able to avoid senioritis with full force. According to Weisman(2014), as soon as someone falls into the not caring attitude it will be difficult to get out (Weisman, 2014). If someone decides to start not caring during his or her senior year and go through the whole summer break with no school work, it will be hard to get back in the swing of things when the first year of college comes. Another way Weisman(2014), says to avoid senioritis is, take classes that give college credit (Weisman, 2014). Taking college credit during high school will save many people money and time in college.
It has been a long journey to get to where I am considered to be today. There has been many obstacles to overcome both academically and personally. ....... I have accomplished many tasks in my high school years, however, the one that truly molded me into who I am today is three years ago when I received my first Exceptional Bear Achievement Award. The Exceptional Bear Achievement Award is granted to those who maintain a 4.0 GPA all year long.
Through the adversities that accompany senior year, I have worked hard to propel my academic career, develop my leadership, and to have a successful soccer season. I recently had a conversation with the instructional superintendent, Anthony Smith, and he equated high school with a 400 meter race. As the race concludes and fatigue attacks, I continue to sprint towards my objectives. In the first semester, I applied to seven universities and I was admitted to all of them. I decided and committed to Colorado State University.
Throughout this past year it I have made it hard for myself and the people that care about me by making low decisions. I definitely recognize this and the chances I have been given to redeem myself.
I now understand that I can not expect perfection, but only my best, and that failure will push me to do better. After my academic life became easier and more managed, other areas of my life started to fall into place, which is so refreshing now. I set such high goals for myself, not yet understanding that my expectations were subjective rather than objective, and now I have come to realize that as long as I do my best, and not someone else's best, the outcome will be just
Being very goal orientated I have many goals for my future nursing career. One specific short term goal would be having the honor to get accepted into the one school I have always dreamed of attending, Allen College, to earn my Bachelor of Science in Nursing Degree. Once I am accepted to a nursing program a goal I feel very strongly about is continuing to keep my grade point average at a 3.8 or higher level. I plan to accomplish this goal by completely applying myself and my time to my program, only letting my dedication for nursing continue to grow, and getting as involved as possible in my school and my learning. Most importantly, my short term goal is to obtain my Bachelor of Science in Nursing Degree and get a job at The University of Iowa
Setting smaller goals is nice because they are like stepping stones to my bigger goals. The reason I am so motivated to go to college is because I have the opportunity to be the first in my family to attend college. Seeing my parents struggle with money because they can’t get a decent paying job is one of the reasons I desire to go to college. I know by going to college, and doing what I love, I will be able to enjoy what I’m doing while being able to have a improved life than I had experienced.
In the future I want to be successful not only for myself, but also for my parents and friends to be proud of me. I want to end up being successful with an amazing career, and not end up struggling without the ability
Academic Goal The academic goal I have set forth is to do my very best in all my courses only A’s and B’s. This way I will have increased my odds in being accepted into multiple nursing programs so I can take the right step in achieving my first career goal as an ER rn . I believe this is a realistic goal as long I apply myself and stay dedicated I know I can reach that goal.
Hey Guys, you know that special feeling when the announcements come on and the principal say” to the class of 2015-2016 you are dismissed have a great summer”. Isn’t a great feeling to know not being able to wake up at 6:00 in the morning ! The problem is that there are schools in other countries having kids on a 12 month school schedule. In my opinion summer break should stay we should not ever consider having a twelve month program.
My educational goals are to try and get as many A's as I can on my report cards, graduate in the top 5 or 7 in my class, gain many scholarships to make it easier to get into college, and when I get into college I hope to get either a Bachelor's or Master's degree. Education is very important to me. I strive for success and I absolutely wish to make my parents proud even if they say they are already proud of me. I want to make them so proud and happy than they could ever be. My parents never got to college, and my brother wants to go to college.
When I graduate high school, I plan on having future goals that I plan on achieving. My first goal is to go to college and get a degree. I plan on attending Purdue NorthWest majoring in engineering and minoring in business. This is my number one future goal that I need to accomplish because to be able to have a nice life, I need to go to college to support my future family. My next future goal would be get a starting job to be able to support my future family.
