Growing up in a business family, I’ve always had a penchant for business. My father, owing to his exceptional entrepreneurial and managerial skills, has been a great inspiration. I received one of the most important life lessons from my father at a very young age. He taught me that the only way to be fairly rewarded for all your hard work is by working for yourself. There is no limit to what you can learn and how much you can grow and eventually earn from it. Instilled with this belief, I’ve always wanted to become an entrepreneur. A degree in Management, a strong foundation of the nuances of business, exposure to international trade practices and practical experience are the necessary ingredients that can help me fulfill my aspirations.

Starting as a front desk executive, I eventually took over the management of 3 other institutes. I managed all major departments like Administration, Accounting, and Human Resource. I recruited & trained employees and assisted the Public Relations department in executing counseling sessions and seminars to increase sales. Working with the Accounts department, I ensured proper allocation of funds to manage expenses, cut costs and increase profits. I have been instrumental in the expansion of the institutes to 6 different cities. Managing institutes based in myriad geographical regions has been a great learning experience for me.
In addition to the family business, I added to my knowledge and experience by interning at Sports Specialist Pvt. Limited, Jalandhar as an Accountancy Intern and at Universal Sports Industry, Jalandhar as a Management Intern. The sole purpose of interning was to step out of my comfort zone and work in an unfamiliar environment with no undue advantages to test myself before taking over the reigns of my company.
