I hate school, the getting up in the morning then coming to a small building with many other students and have to be nice and mature even when you are tired and grumpy from the lack of sleep the night before. Overcoming the struggles of being a full time high school student taking college level courses and working a thirty plus hour work week talk about an academic and stress overload, papers, essays, homework, quizzes, tests, and not being a normal high schooler and going out because of responsibilities such as a job. One of the hardest things that I have experienced in my job as a high school student is the loneliness, not being able to go out with friends on a Friday night and have fun but, am either at home trying, and attempting to study, or I’m busy at work and don’t get out of my work on time and end up getting home late even on school nights and not being able to sleep well. The real struggle for me as my job as a student is working thirty plus hours a week on top of school day. For the past three years I was expecting the unexpected. I was overwhelmed by events, schoolwork, responsibilities, work, social problems, friends, and other things, then thinking my life was over. But then realizing my senior year is now, and now is the time to start something new. Getting to take high school courses and college courses, great this means I will be ahead of the game.
