I have much interest in the topic entrepreneurship because I would want to be an entrepreneur. And it is for this main reason and some other inspiring reasons why I am reading this Business Administration course. I have served under people from different backgrounds, I have as well managed materials and led people who served under me in organizations I had worked. I had not meet certain targets set by my organizations, but I had also met and even superseded my target in so many ways with my team and me. I had faced many challenges and also have had many solutions to solve those problems making me chalk up countless successes for my organizations. All these experiences together have built, shaped and moulded me into a strong person who is capable of managing his own organization very well.

Week one: Reflection Paper Assignment The personality type that was indicated from my completion of the MBTI puzzle is introvert, sensing, feeling, and judging (ISFJ). I would say what surprised me the most about these results were the personality tendencies of sensing and introvert. The personality tendency of sensing says I am practical and cost effective. I do not feel like I am practical when it comes to money

I Feel Just Like an Entrepreneur The word entrepreneur is a popular term today used to describe the occupations of countless individuals. By simply using the word, it conjures up images of the immense ecosystem of startups in Silicon Valley, and the idea of having control of your own destiny rather than accept a grueling corporate job. Describing oneself as an entrepreneur can create the same awe and admiration from other individuals as describing oneself as a doctor or lawyer. What differs is that the word entrepreneur applies just as much to Elon Musk the CEO of SpaceX as it applies to a person who simply “has an idea”.

Writing Prompt: Practice Task II In my perspective, self confidence is the key characteristic for an entrepreneur. Entrepreneurship in the Philippines is currently booming and one of the best things a person can do today is start taking action in putting up its own business or acquiring a franchise (Louren, 2017). Entrepreneurship has been described as the “capacity and willingness to develop, organize and manage a business venture along with any of its risks in order to make a profit” (www.businessdictionary.com).
One of the most valuable things I learned was that success does not depend on the starting point, but on hard work and determination to attain heights and conquer goals. Arron was a bartender and he has worked hard to be where he is at now regardless of where he started from. The main determinant of success is the amount of effort you put into it and will power, that forces you to not give up. Another important factor is the urge to ask more questions and seek answers even when the answers are obvious. The questions could result in innovative
