Day 1 (Windhoek to Sossusvlei)
Your Namibia adventure starts today! Most people takes a connecting flight from major South African cities like Johannesburg or Cape Town to get to Namibia's main airport Hosea Kutako International Airport (WDH) in the capital of Windhoek. Check in to your preferred hotel, before having an afternoon to take in some of the tourists attractions. Windhoek’s metropolitan area is full of things to see and experience – all within easy walking distance. You may also skip Windhoek and travel on this day to Sossusvlei. Rent a car in the airport, preferably a SUV or truck to better handle the gravel roads. The drive from Windhoek is approximately 5 hours. Make sure to grab all your camping needs before you hit the road!

Day 5 (Swakopmund to Etosha National Park)
Check out early from your accommodation in Swakopmund. The drive to get to Etosha National Park is about 5 hours. It may take a little bit longer as this route offers great opportunity for photography. Be careful with road side stops as there were incidences of robberies.
Check in to your safari lodge in Okaukuejo Camp, which is famous for its flood-lit waterhole. In the afternoon, begin your adventure in Etosha National Park in an open safari vehicle. Explore its vast landscapes and marvel at the views of the abundant Namibian wildlife. In the evening, enjoy a delicious Namibian dinner on the deck of your chosen safari lodge. Make sure to check out the waterhole at night as there is a high chance of seeing elephants, rhinos, Giraffes, and lions come to drink.
Day 6 (Etosha National

Up in the Rwandan mountain forests, renowned primatologist Dian Fossey studied and lived amongst the enigmatic silverback gorillas for as long as 14 years. A humble outpost was mounted in September 24, 1967. This remote outpost—also called the Karisoke Research Center—sat nestled between the volcanic Virunga Mountains. The study she would then conduct there was extensive: she diligently observed the mountain gorillas and wrote monthly reports. To gain the creatures’ trust, Fossey went to incredible lengths to stay shrouded in thick bushes and she emulated the gorillas’ behavior.
The National party supported and enforced Apartheid, because it provided them with absolute power and political dominance in South African society. The National Party and whites who supported them believed in white superiority, and utilized apartheid laws as physical evidence that they were “superior”. In March of 1948 the National party released a statement which explained that Apartheid was necessary as it would be in the best interest of every race, and it was the only way to prevent a national suicide for whites (Doc 1). Because the National Party was white, and prioritized white superiority, they wanted to retain their power using Apartheid laws. For example, one discriminatory law the government imposed were pass laws, which stated Black South Africans had to carry passes which authorized their presence in white areas.
My first time I went to Tuacahn I got to see Newsies and Shrek. Tuachan is an Amphitheater in the mountains , where the scenery is really beautiful that time of year. It was so magical and hot , really hot. So the trip from Idaho to St. George it takes about seven and a half hours to get there longest car trip ever , not really the trip to Canada is so much longer , anyway it is super long unless you are listening to music, my family loves music so much if we could sit in a car listening to music twenty-four seven we totally would. When we found out we were going to see Newsies and Shrek we listened to the music over and over and over again .
Performance Analysis of “Appalachian Journey” An analysis of the documentary “Appalachian Journey” by Alan Lomax proves that the musical performances featured are examples of traditional music. The songs performed used traditional music instruments and styles. Many songs were passed down through oral tradition, and many were stories of real events. The people of the appalachian mountains used banjo’s, guitars, and fiddles while singing throughout the documentary, including hand carved instruments and sound making toys.
Kahoolawe went through a lot. Today there are many volunteers trying to restore the island back to life. It was first discovered by the early Hawaiians who later settled there. Years later the Hawaiian government released ranch leases to the Americans. When the America took over Hawaii, the navy used it as a bombing range during World War 2.

For my paper I interviewed John Navarra, a professor at UNCW. He has taught at UNCW almost since he graduated from there. Mr. Navarra is a Wilmingtonian himself, as am I. He is my archaeology teacher, and one of the youngest active archaeology professors I have met. Mr. Navarra teaches part time at UNCW, but also at a community college.
Drive-up camping is another really popular thing to do at the park. The other district is the Coastal district. The Coastal district is also called Kīpahulu district. This district is by the coast.
Chapter 5 - Areas To Visit Devils River This river is inside the Dolan Falls Preserve with many smaller waterfalls cascading off rocks in different directions. This remote section of land is great for seasoned paddle boarders and kayakers wanting a real rafting experience. Make sure to bring proper gear and take heed to danger warnings in the area before embarking on a rushing river adventure. Matagorda Island There are only a few ferries that travel here and some of the activities available for adventurers are fishing, picnicking, bird watching, scuba diving near the reefs, and hanging out in the dunes while relaxing in the sand.

South Africa has a vast range of religious groups. To list a few of the many religions we will be briefly discussing, are Christianity, Islam, Hinduism and African Culture. However there are many more. Every religious group serves a significant purpose to promote oneself as being spiritually motivated, with each individual possessing unique moral teachings, a code of conduct, values and norms.
