Plausible? Yes. I mean, the defendant was convicted of a rape that seemed to have so much evidence that supported the fact that he wasn’t even in the area at the time of the crime. I can’t come up with a motive for the police to frame him, but I’m fairly certain they did. A vial of Steven Avery’s blood was on record from prior convictions.
It is not until October 14, 2008 that a Florida grand jury accuses Casey of capital murder. Casey Anthony then proceeds to plead not guilty on all accounts. The investigation furthers to find two-year-old Caylee when, horrifically, her skeletal remains were recovered in a nearby wooded
That was proven, but that does not prove how Caylee died or who put Caylee in that trunk of the car. In order to charge someone with murder, you need to know how they killed a person, or at least be able to answer who, what, when, where why and how. None of those questions were answered. They were not able to prove how Caylee died and that was a big factor! The prosecution failed miserably.
I believe that Jay is guilty because he never gave a perfectly in detail response that would show otherwise. He changed his story multiple times. He added information sometimes and would took some away. He had a guilty look on his face in pictures and when he talked there was something about his tone of voice that made me think ‘guilty.’
The O.J. Simpson trial was a trial that was seen across the nation. Therefore, everyone was watching this trial to see what would happen and as we know evidence plays a major part in getting the correct verdict in a trial. Now some of the physical evidence that was found was some hair evidence on a cap as well as on Ron Goldman shirts. There were some cotton fibers consistent with the carpet in the Bronco that O.J. was riding in on a glove at his Rockingham residence as well as at the Bundy residence. Furthermore, there was blood dropped by the killer at Bundy and it was noted that it was the same type as Simpson and he had fresh cuts on his left hand a day after the murder. There is also the fact that there was blood found in the Bronco, foyer,
During Clayton 's murder trial, Sy Ray analyzed cell phone and GPS data between Michael Beard and Clayton. The defense claims they have an expert that found Ray 's data is false. The defense also says they were not given enough time to look over the evidence. "It took the efforts of Dr. Javonavic, who spent the past couple of months reviewing the underlying data and analyzing it and coming to the very clear conclusion that Sy Ray is making up stuff," said Schlather. Special Assistant District Attorney Susan Rider-Ulacco says all of the data Ray analyzed was evidence given to defense.
His wording shows that he doesn’t know who he is and therefore believes he is a Monster as Ms. Petrocelli calls him. He accepts people’s judgments as his self-truth. Even though, he, himself, accepts the worst he still wants people to perceive him as a good person, especially his mom. Steve’s mom’s words cut deeper in him because his mom believes he didn’t do it while he knows he did. 5 days into the trial, his mother comes by and talks to him hoping to make him feel better, “I could still feel Mama’s pain.
O.J Simpson, or also known as, “The Juice”, is beyond guilty for the crimes he was accused of, even though he was found not guilty. Many people think he is innocent then again many people think he is guilty. Whenever someone hears his name, the heinous crime he was accused for comes to mind. Yes O.J was a father and a beloved human before all the commotion went about, but does that mean people should automatically not suspect him due to his “wonderful appearance.”
Amanda Knox was a very happy kind person, she made the deans list in both high school and collage. Meredith and Amanda were also friends, how could Amanda be the killer? All the DNA found at the crime scene was from Guede, none at all found from Amanda. And again, Guede had fled Italy, if you were really innocent why would you leave the country, why would all your DNA be all over the crime scene. With all this evidence, I think that Guede is responsible for the murder of Meredith
And have many mistakes to see that he was the killer, but still say that he was not guilty, and let him walk free. As it started out with the murder of Nicole Simpson and Ronald Goldman on June 13, 1994. As LAPD convicted O.J simpson for the murder, as the trial lasted for 10 months of arguments and disagreements, and where there was so many evidence of O.J that led him to be the killer of Nicole Simpson, and as October 3, 1995 he was found not guilty of the murder. But didn’t stop him to be a criminal and was sentence to jail for his behavior. As this trial showed us, the issues of law enforcement that still exist in our country, as this trial will be remembered for it creating a greater awareness of domestic violence issues, and a lessons of how the trial system work, for a criminal to be innocent tell the juries have proof that he was guilty.
This shows that Steve already thinks of himself as a monster from what he had done. His mom believed that he was innocent, “It was [him] who wasn’t sure. It was [him] who lay on the cot wondering if [he] was fooling [himself]” (148). In order for someone to believe in you, you
I feel a little bit of sympathy towards Andrea Yates, but not so much. The reason is because although Andrea did have mental problems which must have been hard to deal with while taking care of kids I do still believe she was still fully capable of understanding that her actions were wrong. Andrea lived a normal life and showed promise that she would lead a successful life. Andrea grew up with loving parents, she got good grades, and she was liked by everybody, and had a career going for her as a nurse.
Not calling 911 and hiding the body was morally and criminally wrong. The lack of remorse bothered me as an utter disregard for her dead daughter and selfishness unparalleled. I believe that the prosecution’s putting the death
She went missing the same day. On November 11, Avery was charged with the murder of Halbach after her car and overdone bone fragments were found at the salvage yard. He upheld that authorities were attempting to frame him for Halbach 's vanishing to make it harder for him to win his pending civil case regarding the false sexual assault conviction. To avoid a conflict of interest, Mark R. Rohrer, the Manitowoc County district attorney, requested that authorities from bordering Calumet County lead the investigation. Manitowoc County authorities remained involved in the case, however, leading to
Andrea Yates taped confession of the murdering of her five children were played for the jurors. In this she explained that she felt she was actually saving her children from being punished for having what she believed was an unfit mother. The 911 call Mrs. Yates made after the crime was also played for the jury. The jurors were also shown the actual crime scene photos of where the murders took place, as well as the how the mother of these five children laid them by each other after she drowned them one by one.
