I have to admit that this story really gets me excited. I’ve never been more obsessed with a fanfiction before. To be honest, I think it’s because for once Felix is in the 3D version of Miraculous Ladybug. I don’t know, I’ve always just liked Felix’s character and thought that he was worth being put into the Miraculous Universe instead of the Quantic one. Besides Felix being in this story, I really like the way you’re approaching this story. Nathanael 's alter ego makes me laugh because I always imagined him to be a smartass if he ever became a hero. And I’m glad someone has finally wrote him like that. As for Nino, I don’t know how I feel about him yet. I think I’ll have to wait and see what happens with him in the future. With Adrien and
Hatchet Emily Kretschmer I would first move the pilot and see if he is respond and and try to drive the plane while trying wake him up and call 911 with my cell phone and try as best I can to land the plane. Quickwrite #1- AQWF In this part of the book, Paul and his friends are out on the front re-wiring the front line with new barbed and communication wires when they hear the shrill cries of injured and badly wounded horses. Additionally, during the bombing, one of their soldiers becomes badly wounded in his leg and will most likely die or never be able to walk again. There is a similarity between this young soldier and the injured horses, made apparent by the comparison the author makes between the two. The young soldier, while human, is helpless after getting injured and will likely die if he is not helped soon.
Memoirs of a Boy Soldier ★★★★ I rated this book 4 stars because I really enjoyed reading this book and learning about what goes on with the children(mainly boys) out in Sierra Leone. It was interesting knowing that these are the kind of things that happen in the third-world countries and the children are forced to live through it. 2. I. “My brother and I were no longer safe in the city. They heard that in the country side, there might not be so much danger from the Natzi’s” (Page 11) In this quote, Anita explains how in the city they were in, it wasn’t safe anymore because of everything that the Natzi’s were doing to the Jews. Since in the country side, it’s always more quiet, they began to assume that maybe it would be more safe for them over there.
1. The author wants the reader to have empathy or understand where he’s coming from. The author states “You, who so well know the nature of my soul, will not suppose, however, that I gave utterance to a threat.” He tries to justify his future crime and wants the readers to understand.
There are all sorts of different ways we can infer, or physically understand the boundaries on Life of Pi. The obvious ones seen in the graphic organizer are the physical boundaries such as the cages that are separating the animals in the zoo. Those cages also act as a boundary between humans and the animal enclosures for safety on both ends. Less literal boundaries are the mental and emotional boundaries. Emotionally, Pi has to face the boundaries of becoming more independent as he grows older.

To Kill a Mockingbird Dialectical Journal #4 "I try to give 'em a reason, you see. It helps folks if they can latch onto a reason... in the clutches of whiskey - that's why he won't change his ways. Alexander Solzhenitsyn once stated that, “Good literature substitutes for an experience which we have not ourselves lived through.” The quote means that a good piece of writing will give readers the feel and the experience of a situation that they have not been through. It also means that if if they haven't been through something, a good piece of literature will substitute for that and make it feel like they were there. Good literature should also be able to take readers anywhere and any places - and make us experience something we’ve never been able to!! It will make the readers feel the emotion, the feel, and the ambiance of what is happening - almost as if they were there themselves.
Kaitlyn Coleman Mr. Edwards ENGL 2130 9 March 2018 Nature’s Role in Realism Literary naturalism uses raw and natural emotions to express the importance of nature in literature, and it is a branch of realism. Literary naturalists relate humans to their animalistic characteristics. By doing so, the author shows that humans and animals are the same, and a humans ontology is irrelevant.
