I was delighted after receiving the letter informing me I was eligible to become part of the National Junior Honor Society. It would be a privilege to be accepted into such a prestigious group as the one listed. The NJHS is known for helping students learn leadership skills and unlock their full potential and I firmly believe that I would love to be a part of it. Being the fun loving people person that I am I have no problem working with other kids and or adults. I have many qualities that I would love to contribute to the
In 1998 Congress Hall became what we know today Congress Middle School, home of the cougars. Congress Middle School, promotes a caring environment for teachers and students in their learning process. It empowers the students and at the same time providing the necessary skills to become productive citizens who are prepared for the future. They do this by upholding their core values,
National Honor Society can help me become a professional in the future. This organization creates enthusiasm for scholarships, develops character in students, and promotes leadership. NHS has many activities with students that can develop my leadership skills and help me achieve my goals as a professional in the future. There are different ways to contribute to the success and growth of the NHS. I would get actively involved in the activities sponsored by the NHS and will support my peers.
I am deeply honored to be given the opportunity to join the National Honor Society and be among some of the most exceptional students in our school. Being given this opportunity shows my family and myself that I’ve truly worked as hard as I can to succeed. Growing up around adults with a good work ethic has taught me to see the reality in life. Working hard will help create a better future. I not only work hard in my classes but I also participate in sports which gives me the experience of being a leader.
I try my best to participate in as many as I can. These include Student Council, People Helping People, cross country, basketball (high school and AAU), softball, church choir and Relay for Life. The past three years I have been an officer in the Student Council and a member of a team whether it was sports or church. On the basketball court I am the point guard which is the playmaker of the team.
Similarly, I would like to serve as a resource to university administration. Having recently been through the same stages in education, current students like me are ideally placed to provide support and guidance to young people at this critical time in their education. I would love to share my stories and experiences with them and listen to and understand them. I believe that I possess many of the qualities that you are looking for in a student ambassador and I will prove to be an asset for the
If not, I hope you will still think about that quotation and see if you can find a way to use those
I always maintain an A gradepoint average so I will have better chances for college and other future educational needs. I participate in National Honor Society, Peer Mediation, and Reading Team for clubs. In National Honor Society, we are prepared for leadership and a general lifelong success. In Peer Mediation we promote the idea of problem solving with the process of doing so by putting peers together. The Reading Team is a organization in which we get together and read books and later go on to compete against other schools.
Other goals that I will have is to help my family with their goals. Helping family and friends is a big part in this world today. By helping my family and friends they will help me
I recognize the National Junior Honor Society as a prestige group that contains members who excel at demonstrating Scholarship, Service, Citizenship, Character, and Leadership. They prove to have many advantages, a highly beneficial one being the experience in such an honorable organization. It would be a great honor to be inducted into NJHS, as it would not only benefit myself but the club. I have been told frequently that I surpass average at demonstrating scholarship.
This relationship motivates me to become an inspiration for others, because helping others heals your own wounds in the process. Making positive connections and conveying inspiration to others is what has led me to Seattle Pacific University. After finding solace through physical therapy myself, I hope to earn the credentials that will allow me help others find emotional and mental security through physical stability. Generating change catalyzes growth, so with a new college experience in mind I am looking to gain both personal knowledge and a holistic approach to inspiring and informing
I, Toni-Andreas Gozum, identified as a scholar, volunteer, leader, citizen, and, certainly, a character, demonstrate the pillars of National Junior Honor Society in all areas of life. I do my best to display each pillar through my conduct. I am expected to work efficiently, professionally, and honestly, and I can assure you that my work follows these guidelines. I, personally, have an obligation to exceed my expectations. I plan to apply to the Math and Science Academy at Ocean Lakes High school and the Technology Academy and Governor’s Stem at Landstown High school.
Another reason why is I will get the opportunity to serve my local community; doing more service work will help me to be better as a person. Being in NHS will help build who I am as student. I always want to improve and learn from my flaws. Being in the National Honor Society will not only help me academically but also as a better person to the
It makes me feel good to help students who are struggling at a new school, just like I was when I first began attending. Because of my time working in the club, I
