They make choices about which manners to absorb with the purpose of improving their health, experience, skills, talents and others things human wanted to attain. But, each one of this behavior have its own set of consequences. Based on research, any activity, substance, object, or behavior that has turned out to be the major focus of a person 's life that has begun to harm the individual or others physically, mentally, or socially is well thought-out an addictive behavior. Taking drugs and alcohol, gambling, excessive shopping and eating are some examples of habit-forming behaviors. Like other addictive behaviors, Internet addiction may have serious negative consequences, including academic failure, job loss, and a breakdown in personal relationships.
