Introduction:
Negotiating means discussing and coming to a point were both parties or two sides agree to a point and well satisfied in any kind of process such as a negation between a buyer and a seller. This can take place anywhere but all it requires is certain steps and knowledge to have and information about the other party which we are negotiating before meeting the other party. Everything in our world these days happens with the help of negotiation for example the market as it is filled with different kind of things in which both parties would need each other in order to come to an agreement of getting the benefits from both sides. Make the plan proper: now after the one party made the research he would actually look and take the example found about the other party that he is meeting. Preparation : prepairing for the other party from all the sides from collecting information to applying the plan.
Exchanging information: exchaning the information in correct and proper way.
Bargaining: accepting the other parties and coming to a point of agreement on certain terms and conditions.
Closing and comittment: closing the deal between the two parties and having certain documents from rules, regulations and commitments that both parties agreed .

Conclusion
There are many things that can come or happen in negotiation for example presenting graphs, charts, comparing the product to other products , showing them all the ways and their should be the smartness on undertstanding and arguying , having the knowledge on replying to the other point and sticking to each and every word said for example a seller should commit to all the words that he said in the begening for example the price of watch was 200 AED he should not change his word and stick to the price he agreed on as each thing shows the person on how he is and makes him show the product from just his look.
