The Grammy Awards are to be held on Feb. 8, but two days prior to the glitz and glamour the man of the evening will be the one and only Neil Diamond. Diamond was named the 2009 MusiCares Person of the Year, and the legendary vocalist will be honored for the recognition Feb. 6 at the Grammy Week gala dinner and concert.

Six-time Grammy Award winners the Foo Fighters may seem like unlikely prospects to pay tribute to this contemporary soft rock singer/songwriter, but Dave Grohl and Co. will take the lead in tackling a tribute concert chalk full of Neil Diamond classics, from "Sweet Caroline" to "I 've Been This Way Before." The Foo Fighters will take the stage in a Diamond-filled night alongside other music heavyweights like Josh Groban, Tim McGraw, Faith Hill, Kid Rock, Coldplay, the Jonas Brothers, Jennifer Hudson and more, all of whom will be performing Neil Diamond songs in the concert.
