For example, Neil Young is involved in David Suzuki's Blue Dot Campaign. The Blue Dot Campaign is a movement to recognize every Canadian's right to live in a healthy environment. Neil’s participation in this campaign helps with the Sarnia and Athabasca oil sands, protection in clear cutting areas and dams, preserving air and water quality, and most importantly working for a more healthier and secure feature. Neil has created songs based off of his views on protecting our environment, such as “Who’s Going to Stand Up?”, a song asking to help save the environment. Neil has donated $100,000 towards this campaign which indicates that he is a is role model by showing how to give back and make our society a safer place. The Canadian-born musician said it should be the right of all Canadians to breathe clean air, drink clean water and have access to healthy food — and people need the legal protections to fight companies that put profits first. Dave Roever On October 16th 2015, Dave Roever came to Margaretta High school. He told us about what had happened when he was in war and all of his other experiences in his life. He also told us about how we are his favorite school to come to because we gave him our football the night of the homecoming game, where we only lost by one point. He also wants us to know that everybody is loved by someone and we should always know that. He also told us that we should always treat everybody with respect because we never really know what they have been through or what they are currently going through.

The artist I will be discussing for my research project is the country music legend and superstar, Garth Brooks. He has been a big fan of mine my entire life, and I love his music. When he was just starting out, he did not have much success. He went to Oklahoma State University and sang in a bar called Willy’s Saloon down on the Strip in Stillwater. Us Oklahomans always feel warm hearted towards stars like him that realize throughout all of his fame and success; he still remembers and is proud of where he came from.

Benjamin took great care of Nat, and cared about him deeply, he even instructed him to be properly educated at a young age.
In the United States alone, 40% of food gets wasted. Robert Lee is a person who was taught not to waste food and understands what it feels like to be hungry. He is a hero by many people because he helps reduce food waste and reduce the amount of hunger all in one non profit organization called Rescuing Leftover Cuisine. The non profit organization has collected tons of food and donated to local shelters.

You stop on a station playing “Last Train to Clarksville” by The Monkees, a song you recognize from their popular TV show. The Monkees was a band of four boys that starred as themselves in a TV show as themselves and produced music. Though the band had a relatively short lifespan, the members produced plenty of episodes of their show and songs during it, and later wrote more songs after the breakup of the band via reunion tours.
