AGRICULTURAL LANDUSE PATTERN AND IRRIGATION IN SANGLI DISTRICT OF MAHARASHTRA: A GEOGRAPHOCAL STUDY *Mr. Amol Sadashiv Mahajan
Introduction:
The word ‘agriculture’ comes from the Latin words ‘ager’, referring to the ‘soil’& ‘cultura’ to its cultivation. Agriculture can be defined as the cultivation, production of crop, plants or live-stock products. It is synonymous with farming. Agricultural geographers used the word ‘agriculture’ to cover both cropping & grazing. Agriculture still being the dominant economic activity in the developing world. It has great potential for those who are interested in the spatial distribution of agricultural systems & agricultural processes.

A) Net sown area:
The net sown area is the most important purpose of land use in the field of agriculture geography. The net sown area is the land which is using cultivated for raising the crops. In the year of 1981-82 total net sown area in the study region is 5928 hundred hectors and it was 68.00 percentage of the total geographical area. In the year of 2011-12 total net sown area in the study region is 6377 hundred hectors and 74.06 percentage of the total geographical area of study region.
The spatio temporal variation in net sown area is fluctuation in the study period. In study period net sown area was increased by 5.21 percentage of the study region. B) Land is not available for cultivation:
This type of land use represents the land occupied by settlement, road, railways, industries, water bodies, gardens, play grounds, grave land etc. In the year of 1981-82 total area of land is not available for cultivation in the study region is 895 hundred hectors and it was 7.86 percentage of the total geographical area. In the year of 2011-12 total area of land is not available for cultivation in the study region is 777 hundred hectors and it was 9.02percentage of the total geographical area of study

This land are cultivated but present lying of waste an account of number of reasons, erosion, floods, poor drainage, scarcity of water and distance for settlement is the causes containing the other uncultivated land. In the year of 1981-82 total area of other uncultivated land in the study region is 354 hundred hectors and it was 6.54 percentage of the total geographical area. In the year of 2011-12 total area of other uncultivated land in the study region is 614 hundred hectors and it was 7.13 percentage of the total geographical area.
The spatio temporal variation in other uncultivated land is fluctuation in the study period. In study period other uncultivated land was increased by 3.02 percentage of the study region.
D) Fallow land:
The term fallow land is used to these lands which are not under cultivation at the time of reporting. Responsible factors of fallow land are terrain, texture of soil, availability of water. In the year of 1981-82 total area of fallow land in the study region is 940 hundred hectors and it was 11.00 percentage of the total geographical area. In the year of 2011-12 total area of fallow land in the study region is 367 hundred hectors and it was 4.29 percentage of the total geographical area.
The spatio temporal variation in fallow land is fluctuation in the study period. In study period fallow land was decreased by 6.64 percentage of the study region.

Mansfield Summit Allocation Case Study Mansfield Summit is a Title 1 campus that serves the students of south Arlington, Texas. The campus is one of eight high school campus in the Mansfield Independent School District (MISD). According to the U.S News 2014-2015 ranking criteria, Summit is ranked 185 within Texas and has earned a silver medal – a recognition only awarded to the top 10 percent of all schools analyzed. Under the State Board of Education accountability ratings, Mansfield Summit has met standards. Mansfield Summit’s budget allocation procedures follow specific campus guidelines, follows the federal guidelines for Title I spending, and the principal along with campus committees determines campus monies allocation.
To get started the LAN would be the main configuration for connecting the computers on each floor with star typology. Star topology will connect all nodes individually to a central connection point also known as the switch. A pro with this configuration if a cable fails only one node will be brought down and the rest will continue running. In addition, we can use twisted pair for the wire used to simply to cancel out electromagnetic interface from external sources since there will be multiple computers next to each other. The copper wire will lead to a switch connecting the devices together on the same network.
1. Request: The industry of construction is an industry where a firm has to be precise and very accurate. This is why I will be requesting that the superiors in my company purchase a piece of software Chief Architect, and revert from using their current software Sketch-up. This task will require persuading because the owners of the company think that using open-source software like Sketch-up will be sufficient.
Forest Acres is a community located in Richland County of Columbia, South Carolina. It is a community that was incorporated in the year 1935 near the waters of Dent’s Pond, now known as Forest Lake, due to John Hughes Cooper and James Henry Hammond both having real estate interests in the area. After Cooper purchased Dent’s Pond (Forest Lake) and 1,700 acres of land, Hammond purchased 67 acres from Cooper on Quinine Hill; developing it into a suburban area for local businessmen who worked in the downtown area. In order for Cooper and Hammond to name this location, a petition was signed by residents; voting on whether to name the area Forest Acres or Quinine Hill. As a result, the name Forest Acres won majority votes; making it the official
In order to access a UNIX system, and use it , you need to connect to the system. You can login: Locally Remotely Login Types In general, there are two ways: Command-line Login GUI Login Connecting Locally Connecting locally means, you are directly logging into the UNIX system. Network connectivity is not required.
Understanding networking is a fundamental part of configuring complex environments on the internet. This has implications when trying to communicate between servers efficiently, developing secure network policies, and keeping your nodes organized. Every location or device on a network must be addressable. This is simply a term that means that it can be reached by referencing its designation under a predefined system of addresses. In the normal TCP/IP model of network layering, this is handled on a few different layers, but usually, when we refer to an address on a network, we are talking about an IP address.
Anth. 105 Human Species – Lab 3 Report Sirin Gul November 11, 2017 Introduction In Lab 3, we examined the relationships between diet quality, tooth shape and daily travel distance. Evolution has changed how humans and other primates live and survived according to their environment. They are relatively related/similar to each other when it comes to fossil hominins, humans and other primates.
Hunter Reaux Flatlands begins in a world with only two dimensions where there is no conception of depth. only length and width. The world is only able to appear vertical because the rain simply falls from the north and the south resulting in pentagon shaped houses to be built in order to defend from the rain. One of the most common ways to distinguish among inhabitants (as there is no depth) is fog.
Here are the some basic process and essential commands I would use that would help me determine and address network problems. 1. My initial process is to check if the computer is connected to the network by checking if the Ethernet cable is connected to it? Is the router turn on? Is it receiving signal form the ISP?

Based on these results, it is hypothesized that if the amount of topsoil increases by 25% then plant growth increases because topsoil contains essential nutrients required for proper plant
After reading the case study of the PCNet Project, we will examine how critical success factors apply to the case study. The first area is setting clear objectives for risk management. With this factor we set strategic, financial, operational, and other objectives during the strategic and annual planning processes and throughout the year for a company. With these objectives we need to ensure that there is the process of identifying risks to our objectives, evaluating the impact of those risks and choosing a response. Some of the actions the company needs to be ready to respond to are avoidance, mitigation, or acceptance.
Sustainable forest management requires three major criteria which are the maintenance of ecological processes within the forest (soil formation, energy flow, biogeochemical cycles (carbon, nutrient and hydrological cycles), maintenance of biodiversity of forest, improving the net social benefits derived from the mixture of forest uses within the constraints by considering the future. Forest provides habitats for more than half of the fauna and flora on the Earth (SCBD, 2001). Forest biome plays an important role in mitigating climate change by serving as carbon sinks (Hassan et al., 2005). Forest land is the most fundamental natural resources which become reduced mainly due to anthropogenic pressures. For proper management of land, it is essential to have information about existing land cover and about the naturalness of the land.
And one of the old solutions for this concern is to increase number of cultivation lands and exploit new fish stocks. But the competition for land from other human activities makes this an increasingly unlikely and costly solution .for example food producers are experiencing grater rivalry for land, water energy and the need to curb the many negative effects of food production on the environment becoming increasingly clear (Tilman et al. ,2001;
