Drifting into a deep sleep: tired of the chaotic and roller coaster ride known as life . Hoping to drift into the deepest sleep, so deep that the ocean would be jealous of the depth of sleep you have fallen into. But then all of of sudden you find yourself walking into your own confusion and fear. Nightmares are something that we hear about on the daily basis. It’s something that we experience through the rest of our lives as human beings. Not only that but as we become to mature into a more mature and older age we as humans become curious as to the fact that it’s in our nature. Due to the many impactful events that have happened in the past that have dealt with dreams Many people during the 2000’s had become aware that night weren't in fact any demons or a monster that would kill them in there sleeps, but in fact just a simple dream. But during this year it have become very know that dreams had become a huge trigger into allot of serious issues that dealt with depression , anxiety and PTSD. In 2000 more and more medication that would deal with this type of issue would ultimately be shown that is was being triggered by dreams. Many doctor and scientist had already came into a compromise that dreams would actually led people into allot of depression issues and also suicidal thoughts. Due to the imagery that plays through the brain, throughout the night, prescription that would suppress nightmare/dreams started to fly off the shelves. One the the huge prescription drugs that would take over the 2000 in order to deal with nightmare is the drug Prazosin. In the article, “Best Practice Guide for the Treatment of Nightmare Disorder in Adults”. Specify what exactly the drug would due to the body, in order for the drug to take full effect. But in present time nightmares are still being study as we speak of. Thanks to the different side and aspect doctor and scientist and also detectives have left through the past. But in the year of 2017 scientes have already came into a simple conclusion that dream are just a simple reaction that happen in our brain, that actually gets stronger as we grow. So basically the more that we as human live throughout our live causes the brain to create or make you remember certain scenarios that basically never really left your brain. In other word the brain create dream based of our struggles or issue that our left in our back of our mind. In the article “Fight your nightmares for a better night's sleep” by Sandee Lamont. Lamont talks about the true origin of nightmares and what they are, as we speak in the year of 2017. It states, “ For most of us, nightmares occur when we are stressed and worried, or when we've experienced an upsetting event. Nightmares tend to stay with us longer if they are fear-based, but studies show confusion, guilt, disgust and sadness are the most common triggers” (Lamont 1).
