COMPARISON BETWEEN ADIDAS AND NIKE After studying in between the two companies, Adidas and we find there are a lot of differences on various issues. Among the aspects we can identify aspects organization. Adidas Group is using the symbol represented by three lines as the ultimate symbol of their company. The use of this sign have a few designs that explain the meaning of its own. For example, at the beginning of 1997, the Company used the symbol of Adidas 3 leaves that are now used to Adidas Original. Now, the design of clothes and shoes typically have three parallel bars used for Adidas Sport Performance, and the same motif is incorporated into the official logo Adidas. Adidas Group was lead by Herbert Hainer as CEO and Chairman of the Executive Board. He was assisted by the Vice President in various parts such as the Finance, Marketing, HR, Project, Engineering and Manufacturing. In fact, each Vice President they also assisted by many other workers for this lower company. Supply chain was long and complex, relying on about 570 factories around the world. In Asia alone, its suppliers operate in 18 different countries. It has a global supply chain network with the complete supply chain being outsourced.
