Nikola Tesla A man who changed the world for the good was Nikola Tesla. Some people may not know who Nikola Tesla is, but people do say is that he is the most interesting man in the world. Nikola Tesla ideas and inventions have dramatically changed the world. Nikola Tesla's early life taught him most of the skills that he would need to be an successful inventor. Tesla was born in July 1856 in a village in the Austrian Empire(Alex).

In addition to electricity, Tesla experimented with radio waves and much of Guglielmo Marconi’s, inventor of the radio, work was based off of Tesla’s research.
Throughout his career, Tesla discovered, designed and developed ideas for a number of important inventions — most of which were officially patented by other inventors — including dynamos (electrical generators similar to batteries) and the induction motor. He was also a pioneer in the discovery of radar technology, X-ray technology, remote control and the rotating magnetic field — the basis of most AC machinery. Tesla is most well-known for his contributions in AC electricity and for the Tesla coil. In 1887, Tesla found funding for his new Tesla Electric Company, and by the end of the year he had successfully filed several patents for AC-based inventions.
Although Alexander was the creator of the first telephone, Edison created a transmitter which improve the invention. He created many as well as improved items that our society still uses today.
