NORTH KOREAN POLITICAN SYSTEM Over the last few years in order there were several changes under NORTH KOREAN political system. Basically we know that Aristotle distinguishes three different kinds of government: monarchy, aristocracy, and democracy. Under monarchy system there has only one in government, that mean he is the king his own kingdom. A major part of the North Korean political system lies in the fact that it is commonly seen as a totalitarian dictatorship built upon the rationale of centralization. After the end of World WAR 2, the vast country of Korea was divided into two countries as North Korea and South Korea. With special references taken from the Russian constitution Politically, North Korea is regulated as a Communist state. …show more content…

The legislative council of North Korea is officially known as the Supreme People 's Assembly (S.P.A) and is supreme power making body of the country. It has 687 members elected for a term of five years. The judiciary of North Korea is presided over by the Central Court, consisting of a Chief Justice and two People 's Assessors, in some case three judges might be appointed. Each and every court in North Korea should be based on the same composition as that of Central Court. The judicial system is to extend accountable to S.P.A Supreme People 's Assembly and the Presidium of the S.P.A in cases of emergency concerning matters of national interest. Election in NORTH KOREA: Elections in North Korea are held every five years for Supreme People’s Assembly (SPA) – the country’s national legislature- and every four years for local people Assembly. All seats won by the Democratic front for the reunification of the fatherland. The worker’s party of Korea dominates the fronts and holds 87.5% of the seats, with 7.4% for the Korean social Democratic party, 3.2% for the Chondoist Chongu Party, and 1.9% for the independent deputies.
