Nothing is a frequently used word. It has a couple of different definitions in the dictionary. One is defined as “not anything, not a thing” and the other is defined as “someone or something that has no interest, value, or importance.” (Merriam Webster, http://www.merriam-webster.cm/dictionary/nothing) The word nothing is from Middle English. Nothing is a complicated word to define because it is impossible to see, touch, or visualize. The problem with thinking about nothing is that while attempting to think about nothing a person is actually thinking about something which is an antonym of nothing. I believe nothing is the absence of anything and everything, and that the only nothing there ever truly was was before creation. Nothing

Agatha Christie 's And Then There Were None, is a well known novel that was made into a famous movie, Ten Little Indians. There are many differences between the book and the movie. Some of the differences are, the change of the title, setting, character names, and the way the characters died.
Since the Dao is so widespread, the Dao is both everything and nothing, the “darkness within darkness” (CP. P.46). Dao is empty but is the source of all things, therefore; it responsible for the undoing and doing of all things as explained in segment four. This notion of emptiness if further described in segment eleven. Empty space is not negative, without emptiness we would not have vases or wheels. Emptiness is a significant thing to appreciate and is completely necessary for life.
Little Nothing, that’s me. That’s my name. It’s strange almost. The other kids at school bully me for having a name like Little Nothing, they say I got my name from the Gods to tell me that I’m worthless. My parents tell me that I got my name from being so small and skinny, I don’t believe them.
Other words that are considered some portion of the definition are "void" and "tumult" however none of those words appear to precisely represent the idea, which is accepted to infer something more than vacancy, or "insignificant emptiness and political agitation" (191). Something existed there, not just the nonappearance of something and everything. The void was not a position of non-presence but rather a spot for the beginning of presence and creation to happen. As indicated by Genesis, it is out of the void that God shape the earth: "The void is the

Karen Armstrong and Robert Thurman wrote their essays, “Homo religiosus” and “Wisdom”, respectively, describing two words, “being” and “void”. These words, although have opposite meanings, describe the same spiritual experience that come about through different means. By definition, “being” is a kind of fullness or completeness of existence and “void” is emptiness or a negation of existence. Armstrong believes that “being” is the equivalent of the Buddhist’s “Nirvana” while Thurman believes that “void” is the equivalent of the Buddhist’s “Nirvana”. Although these terms seem to be opposite in the literal sense of defining them, they lead to the same outcome: not being at the center of one’s own universe.
“The Problem of Evil” is simply the question, why does God allow evil to happen? God is omnipotent, omniscient, all-loving, and rational, therefore why does evil exist? There is either no God or he is not what we think he is, since evil could be prevented by him with no risk. Atheists and anti-theodicist see a problem with the idea that God could prevent evil. They believe that because God is so powerful and perfect, that he would not allow such immoral actions to be done.
This premise needs further justification for it to be correct. The term “bare nothing” does not cancel out that explanation that nature could have the power to produce another being. Locke responded explaining that nature is the first beginning and every beginning was produced by something else. An eternal being was the reason why the explosion of nature started our world and further produced all of
William Shakespeare’s “Much Ado About Nothing” was a play about romance, misunderstanding and happiness. A modern audience would view this play in a different way to an audience in Shakespeare’s time, particularly in relation to the role and status of women and attitudes towards courtship and marriage. Two of the main ideas in the play include the fact that women’s voices aren’t heard and the role of the father in the relationships of their daughters are two topics that will be covered. As a 21st century viewer of this play seeing the treatment of women, and how their voices and opinions aren’t always taken into account, I believe that this sort of treatment wasn’t the right thing to do.
It is nothing to those who live (since to them it does not exist) and it is nothing to those who have died (since they no longer exist)”
When is the last time you got in trouble and got sent to your dean? Many kids attending school have been sent to their deans for their choices or actions. Teenagers and children often get in trouble this is part of life, so they learn what to do from not what to do. This is why there shouldn’t be a Zero tolerance rule
Sartre says “Nothingness can be nihilated only on the foundation of being; if nothingness can be given, it is neither
