Attending Notre Dame excites me because of the school’s rich history and prestige. Travelling to a university where the only person I know is a friend’s ex-boyfriend is scary, but I know I am prepared for this step in my life. Notre Dame is different than other schools because of its Catholic heritage. While I am not catholic, I have attended mass before and have this sector of Christianity to very beautiful and I have developed a great appreciation for it. I would call myself a creative person that enjoys the arts and it excites me that Notre Dame emphasizes the importance of arts in the school, especially after attending a high school where football is everything.
