As I look around the room, I’ve noticed there’s different type of readings and writing. There’s a man skimming through a magazine, writing down as he goes through it. He uses a pen and paper to write down, reading thoroughly until he finds what inclines his interest Probably a natural geography magazine. I question him what he is writing about, he responds that he is history professor and he finds enjoyment looking through new books and magazines about world war 2. As he goes through them he likes to make notes of what he finds is either interest or important so he can share with his students.
I look at my left, there’s a boy with and older man. They seem to go through classwork. Perhaps the boy is being tutored by him. Many times, at this bookstore in the cafeteria I find people being tutored. The kid seems to be writing the equation he is working through. The tutor explains to him how to work with it step by step. They are working with a pencil and notebook. A computer is opened with the assignments in display. As soon as the kid understands what he is doing he writes the answer on the computer to check if its right. The tutor goes over the …show more content…

He is looking over articles so he can start his assignment of a paper that is due next week. He has a lot of open browsers with articles drawn out from the UCF’s school database. On his right he has a stack of books, all of them related to Descartes a dualistic philosopher. We have seen him in class for history and systems. Apparently, he is writing the paper we are suppose to write about one of the people we are going to learn in class. He chose Descartes. With his huge stack of books, he skims through them, dividing certain pages with post its to remember what areas relates to what he is writing about. At his side there’s a notepad and one. At times writing down important info to use later to write his paper
