Bobbi Kristina Brown like doing drugs and had a problem with them, but according to Radar Online, Ocr. 26, 2015, Bobbi Kristina spent the final weeks of her life heavily drugged up. In a transcript of a videotaped deposition by Danyela Bradley, a close friend to Bobbi Kristina, she claims Bobbi Kristina did marijuana, crack, and heroin. The transcript is not from the Nick Gordon and Bobbi Kristina estate civil suit, but instead it is part of an injury lawsuit filed by Russell J. Eckerman. On January 27, Russell claims he was injured in the car crash incident when Danyela’s jeep, driven by Bobbi Kristina, crashed into him. Danyela was a passenger in the jeep at the time and according to the lawsuit, Bobbi Kristina “was traveling at an imprudent speed for conditions and was following” Russells's vehicle “too closely.” Bobbi Kristina “improperly attempted to change lanes in order to avoid the vehicle stopping in front of her.”
You’re driving down an interstate highway in the right lane; there’s an 18-wheeler to your left. You’re driving the 70 mph speed limit.
It happened Wednesday night just after 9 p.m. at the intersection of U.S. 231 and State Street.
I entered the ramp to get on to the southwest Freeway from the Sam Houston Toll. The ramp merges from two lanes down to one. As I merged into the one lane, another vehicle proceeded to drive in the same lane striking my vehicle. That vehicle drove away from the incident. I was only able to obtain minimal third party information.
I did my ride-along on Friday October 23, 2015. My ride- along was fours hours long from 8 am- 12pm. I rode with the NAUPD with Officer Jake Brady.
I was traveling west on Route 254. I slowed down to almost a complete stop as another vehicle in front of me was turning into their driveway. I heard squealing tires, I saw Vehicle 2(Pontiac) swerve to the right just before it struck my vehicle. Vehicle 3 (Red) did not make any contact with vehicle 2 and struck my vehicle in addition the driver of vehicle 3 fled the scene without exchanging information.
If you are involved in a crash there are five basic steps to follow. If you do not follow these steps you can be punished for a hit and run crime. The first step is to stop immediately in unit six lesson three it states that “You may be penalized severely for not remaining at the scene of a crash in which you are involved. Your driver license could be suspended or revoked for up to one year.” The second step is to render aid this means that you should try to find someone trained in first aid to help people with injuries. The lesson states “ You are required to render to any person injured in the crash reasonable assistance, including transporting or making arrangements for transporting of the injured person to a physician or hospital for medical
One afternoon an automobilist was driving his powered four-wheeled vehicle (automobile) in heavy, slow moving traffic down Highway 99 in California. Suddenly, this automobile driver noticed a man riding a powered two-wheeled vehicle (motorcycle) carefully move into the automobilist’s lane sharing lane space between the automobilist and that of another automobile in an adjacent lane. The automobile driver watched as the motorcyclist continued to cautiously drive at a speed only slightly above the general flow of traffic all the while sharing lane space with other vehicles. Shortly thereafter, this same automobilist exited Highway 99, subsequently stopped at a stop light, and encountered a similar experience to what he had just observed. For the second time, a motorcyclist shared the automobile driver’s lane, drove in between the automobilist and another car, and carefully maneuvered towards the front of the line of traffic. The automobilist had seen this practice on several other occasions, but was unsure of its legality. What this automobilist had witnessed is a practice known as lane-splitting. According to CA.gov DMV Handbook: Motorcycle, “The term lane-splitting, also known as lane sharing, filtering, or white-lining refers to the process of a motorcyclist riding between lanes of stopped or slower-moving traffic or moving between lanes to the front of traffic stopped at a traffic light” (19-20). As Victoria Alvarez explains in her AB 51 Bill Analysis, the legality of the practice of sharing lanes with automobilists in the state of California is confusing because there is nothing in the codes books declaring the practice to be legal or
Accidents happen all the time; sometimes they are big and some are small collisions. There are a couple steps to follow when you are involved in a collision. There are five steps required by law, but there are a few others that would be wise to follow. Sometimes it’s hard to avoid some crashes so if you are ever involved in any accident you should always follow these five steps. When involved in an accident you must first STOP. This is required by law, and if you choose not to stay, you will have consequences. The website “Find Law” states that “ You can face serious criminal penalties for being hit and run driver.” You can be arrested, charged money, have your license taken for a period of time, or all of them. The second step required by
Being a criminal lawyer is not easy, nonetheless when your in the spotlight. Defending a woman accused of mass murder was proving to be harder than it looks. Though I knew it would be a determining case,I decided to take the chance.I had never defended anyone accused of murder, I was always taking smaller cases such as petty theft or assault. My whole reputation as a lawyer and a person was on the line. If I were to lose the case I would be looked upon as a incapable lawyer, yet if I won I would be accused of lying and letting a guilt person free, to commit other crimes.
I was pulling into a parking space which was tight as I tried to back out however there was another vehicle that would not go around my vehicle. I waved the driver to go around, so I can back out to straighten out my vehicle. I was unable to back out I pulled forward and struck a concrete support beam scraping the passenger side of my vehicle.
The summer rays beating down on the sun dried grass, the faint ring of the tune of an ice cream truck is fading as it gets farther and farther away from our car. Mom and Dad are playing the license plate game in the front seat while I pull my white beaten up earbuds out of my pocket. As I am skipping through my playlist, I hear a quick scream that is soon cut off by a crash then everything fades. That is a day I will never forget, I can still remember every detail, being carried away by the paramedics, covered in glass shards and debris from the crash. A car had spun out of control and and sent us tumbling off the the long backroad into a nearby ditch. The driver of the other car had survived with some broken bones and cuts. Unfortunately I
Imagine this: you are in a car on a peaceful ride when all of a sudden you hear yelling. On the side of the road someone is attacking a police officer. The officer is trying to gain control without hurting the person. Two seconds go by and you are too far away from the action. You will never know what happened next. The United States has thousands of police officers that would do almost anything to defend their country. There are many challenges faced in our world today and the police go through a lot of work. The United States citizens should not fear the police officers protecting them.
