During this semester I learned how to synthesize nursing research. During NUR700 I learned that in order to probably synthesize qualitative nursing research articles, one must examine the articles, and analyze the findings by breaking down the research. Primary care providers, nurses and ancillary healthcare team members, integrates clinical scholarship and analytical methods for evidence-based practice (EBP) by increasing knowledge, synthesizing quantitative/qualitative research and continuing education. By integrating EBP it can lead to developmental changes in implementing policies, procedures, and changes in clinical practices.
