9.1 Personnal Context:
Personnaly I can tell that, recruitment links the employers with the employees. In my profess lifional life , the recruitment helps me to select right job in right place. An effective recruitment and selection process reduces turnover in my professional life.The recruitment helps the hospitals to fill the qualified personnals to provide qualified nursing care. It takes long time ,because first to notify the vacancies ,and then wait for applications to initiate the selection process.It is too costly ,because a lot of money has to spent for advertisement and selection process.

In the society,the recruitment agencies helps the candidates to select right job in right place.It meet the organizations legal and social obligations regarding the composition of its workforce. The purpose of this paper will be first to identify a new model for nursing care delivery that will ensure improvement in both the quality and economic outcomes for our organization. Secondly, I will articulate how various key concepts of the new model will help improve the quality of service delivery in our organization while minimizing costs.
