4 DISCUSSING EFFECTIVENESS OF CERTAIN NUTRITION PROGRAMMING AREAS
In this chapter should give a reflection of previous chapters. A respond to some examples, why they are not that easy to solve. An effort to reflect effeteness of nutrition programming, particularly some positives and negatives in certain fields. Included is also an aspect of sustainability as a segment of solutions. The chapter emphases that nutrition programming is not only a set of goals and indicators but complex approach full of challenges.

Moreover, the discourse is so complex and solving only one of the subjects would not bring a solution. Focus on micronutrient deficiencies is a good option itself, but cannot forget there are dozens of important nutrients except those most well-known three. After contemplation, the complex approach is very important to rise a chance to eradicate hunger and malnutrition once.
Next, very important component of nutrition programming should be communication and cooperation among all interested participants from government, local institutions to community and donors. To achieving success is necessary to collect data and appropriately evaluate all current projects and programs on both household and national levels for measurable results and examples in the future. On the other hand, men should not be excluded, but inform as well. Next, a key step is support of exclusive breastfeeding in first 6 months of child’s life. However, targeting on first 1000 Days is important, in my opinion, even more, important is to support women during pregnancy and lactation, because if they don’t have enough nutrients themselves they won’t be able to produce milk and provide the nutrients to children and immunize them.
