Research Objectives & Research Questions This study aims to acknowledge on the effectiveness of online shopping in Zalora among UNIMAS students. In relevance to the aim, the research objectives of the study are as follows. RO1: To investigate the factors that affect the satisfaction of online shopping in Zalora among UNIMAS students. RO2: To determine the likelihood of UNIMAS students in purchasing goods promoted in Zalora. Therefore, the research questions are: RQ1: What are the factors that contribute the awareness of online shopping in Zalora among UNIMAS students? This is very familiar in western countries and it is a recent shopping style and becomes more popular in Malaysia. The factor that affects the satisfaction of online shopping in Zalora among UNIMAS students is the time for delivery service. Online shopping save time for consumers to shop the physical shops. Online shopping provides a platform for them to compare the prices (Jain, 2016). This makes consumers satisfy with the online shopping because they can buy goods with lower prices without spending extra energy to shop many shops. Next, delivery time is also affecting consumers’ satisfaction. According to Lee and Joshi (2007); Ahn et al. (2004); Ho (2004); Grewal et al (2004) and Shih (2004) studies (as cited in Anggreany, Indriani, & Kusumawati, 2005, p.73), customers’ satisfaction is influenced by the delivery services. From the consumers’ perception, online shopping provides an easy way to shop and it reduces the total time consumers’ spent on purchasing goods (Szymanski & Hise, 2000). As Ranjbarian, Fathi, & Rezaei (2012) said, convenience is the most important factor of consumers’ satisfaction. Consumers are accessing the information easily with less time spent, and geographical restraints. Information can be accessed in a few minutes or seconds. So, UNIMAS students like to online shopping because they realize the advantages of online shopping.
