Supervisors are key individuals in the program because they are in constant contact with the workers. As a security officer, they act in the capacity of staff to help govern security policy, to prepare technical information, to help with training and supplying program. The total commitment of management to make safety and health preference is important for occupational safety and health program successful in the workplace. Management plays more positive role that employees look like a training program worthwhile and sustainable.
