In my opinion, Odell Beckham Jr. is one of the best Wide Receivers in this generation and will be up there with likes of Calvin Johnson, Jordy Nelson, and Jerry Rice. “I hope it’s not the greatest catch of all time. I hope I can make more.” This quotes shows that no matter what it takes he’s gonna strive for greatness, he knows that he’ll have to work for what he gets in life and it won’t be handed to him. Just like all the other big Wide Receivers in the NFL now a days, he’ll have to work for what they have and work hard enough to be up there. A Sophomore in 2012, Beckham started 12 games and only didn’t start one game but played in it. Combining with Jarvis Landry to form one of the best Wide Receiver duos in college football. Beckham was the winner of the Paul Hornung Award in his role of Wide Receiver and Return Specialist. Finished his Junior year with 57 receptions for 1,117 yards and eight touchdowns. After his Junior year, he decided to forgo his Senior year and enter the 2014 NFL draft. At the NFL combine, (the NFL Combine something the NFL has been doing since 1987, NFL teams invite college football stars to the Combine to show NFL scouts what they can do.
