What aspects of your story came easiest for you? Explain.
When it comes to writing, I am a very visual person. I like to write in pictures and the action follows. So the descriptive detail was probably the easiest for me.
What areas gave you the most difficulty? Why?
Once I begin, I have a really hard time stoping myself from going in a completely random direction. Closing the story was probably the hardest part for me.
What about your story pleases you most?
The story line is something I am the most pleased about. When I began writing, I only knew that I wanted someone chained to a planet. Then everything else followed

250200 - Course Journal Evaluation Unit 1: Introduction to Composition, Entries 1-6 June 30, 2017, ENTRY 1: Me, a Writer, Attitude: My position about writing is that I dislike the exercise, I know this course will help me appreciate the writing. The main problem I have is putting my ideas in writing. I am sure this course will help me to be able to state my ideas, then improving my writing skills, it is important to me to write my ideas clearly. The support of my family encourages me to continue to practice writing.
Having read the two articles provided and a choice of my own; gave me more understanding of the ways writers write personal narratives. Her essay is intended to encourage writers who are in need of direction when it comes to writing and to teach inexperienced writers ways to become more successful in writing. Anne Lamott uses her personal experiences to build credibility, figurative language to engage the reader and provides the reader with logical steps for the writing process. This semester I completed Composition 2. During the course I wrote three essays. Like Composition 1, I had the option to rewrite my papers after seeing the grade. Having the chance to rewrite my papers was very beneficial because I could improve my grade, and more importantly, learn what I was doing wrong. Amongst my writings, three major flaws stood out.
From the ages six through twelve, I wrote stories for my friends and family. I remember sitting at an giant, old computer that they had in 2003. It wasn’t easy to use, but I was determined. I moved my short little fingers across that smooth keyboard in hopes of creating a masterpiece. I remember showing my first work to my friends at school and watched how they dissect my “masterpiece”.
I prefer to be outside under a shady cool place. 3.I do not share king's passion for writing. For me writing has always been something you had to do in school, and hardly anyone likes school sometimes. I 've learned that reading and writing can take me any where I want it to go. I can explore my mind to go anywhere by imagination, by reading and writing. However,My reading and writing experience since I was a kid until now I still having a difficulty. When I was 3 years old my mom started me to learn how to read and write. At first, I 'm having a difficulty to read and write but my mom tried her best to taught me.

The first day of middle school for me was both terrifying and exciting. I made a lot of new friends within the year. I remember the first day very well. I had woke up at 5;30 a.m. I was extremely tired.
Rationale: For this task, I created a diary because I think that this style of writing would be an extremely effective way to show another major character’s emotions and ideas, as it can be written from a first person perspective, giving a huge amount of insight. I based my task on a short story by Edgar Allen Poe, titled “The Tell-Tale Heart.” I chose this piece as it gives the opportunity to be very creative in my writing, but also introduces various constraints, such as writing in a similar style to Poe, and trying to avoid any plot holes. This task specifically relates to part 4 of the language and literature course, being; literature, as the stimulus text is a piece of literature, as is my piece of writing.
This is exciting though, and I can frame my journey towards becoming a better writer as a quest. I am Hercules and the many issues I need to overcome to become a decent writer are my labors. I once thought writing was easy. I now understand why bloggers set aside times to write. You cannot determine when your muse will strike but you always show up ready to work.

My first day of high school as a freshmen in a new level of education Is what I was thinking when I woke from slumber that morning in bed. Stepping foot on the campus wasn’t even the beginning, taking the school bus in the morning is where the first taste of being a freshmen and actually starting and being an high school student. I started to get really nervous and a sense of reality hit me. Walking towards the bus stop all I see is a huge group of high school students waiting around for the bus, calm and cool as I try to stay to be I approach the waiting area not knowing what to I’m getting into.
