It is a public land-grant research college located in Columbus, Ohio. According to the university's official website, OSU is currently ranked 108th among global higher education institutions and ranked within the "top 10 among the public for innovative approaches to curriculum, campus life and facilities" (About the University/The Ohio State University.) With more than 67,700 students enrolled at OSU, the university offers at least 1,400 student organizations and programs.
