O.J. Simpson Trail of 1995 There are many people that would agree that the O.J. Simpson trail of 1995 was the most talked about court case in the United States. There are large amounts of supporters on both sides of the case. On the night of June 12, 1994 Nicole Brown and Ronald Goldman were found death in Nicole's condominium in Brentwood. The prime suspect of the murders was Orenthal James Simpson. It was because of Simpson's defense team, the jury rendered Simpson as not guilty; there was reasonable doubt in the DNA evidence in the case, and racial afflictions present.
Methods, Investigation, and Indictment
Simpson was recently divorced from Nicole and had a history of physical abuse and jealousy issues. In the trial Darden told the jurors, "If he couldn't have her, he didn't want anybody else to have her" (Linder, 2000). Simpson was over possessive, and was an extremist.
