Oklahoma is the Heartland of America. When visiting Oklahoma for a vacation we have three great places to visit. These three places would be the highlight of any vacation, no matter the time of year a visit is planned. But do not just limit Oklahoma down to only three places worthy of visiting. This state is rich with heritage, amusement parks, and museums. There are many things to do with family and friends in this great state.

First on the list is Jenks Aquarium, which is located in Jenks, Oklahoma. The Jenks Aquarium is a great experience for adults and kids alike. The aquarium has some pretty cool attractions. There are variety of different fish to look at; both fresh water and salt water fish are included. White Water is a huge water park and a great place to cool off. One of the attractions is a Lazy River, which has water jets that pushes visitors through a canal that winds throughout the park. The park also includes a wave pool that pushes and pulls water causing waves that get bigger and bigger as water depth increases. White Water isn 't just a day time event; throughout the summer months they host movie nights. This event is held in the wave pool, with the waves turned off so people can float freely without bumping into others. A huge screen is lowered and popular movies are shown to the crowds. It 's like a drive-in theater, except movie-goers are in rafts instead of cars!

These three places are just some of the attractions that Oklahoma holds. This state has just about anything a heart desires. Whether it be a family vacation or a place to take someone special, Oklahoma has it all. Enjoy amusement parks, concerts, and last but now least, our hospitality.
