One Direction Concert The huge garage doors of Ford Field slowly opened as the tour buses of One Direction filed into the stadium. Piling out of the buses with all their gear, the boys trudged to their dressing room and began to get ready for the concert. With thousands of girls frantically entering the stadium, the building quickly filled. The stage began to look more and more like a stage as the workers brought out the pieces and connected them. Sitting one by one the chairs waited to be sat in. As fan’s wandered through the stadium, a lost expression settled upon their faces while they desperately searched for their seats. Anxiously, the fans awaited the start of the concert. The clean ground already began to fill up with food wrappers …show more content…
The fans jumped up and down and sang along to the music. The security guards desperately tried to keep insane fans away from the side of the stage. The boys sung the last note of “Clouds” and the crowd went wild. Sweat dripped from their red faces as they began the next song. The lights flickered and speakers rattled as the concert went on. Another song came to an end and the boys began to speak. The thick british accent of Harry Styles echoed through the stadium. Harry started off and chose a lucky fan from the crowd. The face of the fan went a dark shade of red, excitement evident. Harry asked for the girl’s name and the girl nervously replied with Susie. Susie’s throat felt like sandpaper as she spoke to her role model. The warm, cheesy pizza she had for dinner felt like it was about to come up at any second. Harry bid Susie farwell and he quickly raced back to center stage. A few more songs played and it was now time for the last song. “What Makes You Beautiful” started and again the crowd went nuts. Streamers flew throughout the stadium, littering the clean ground with red and white paper. More fireworks shot up and the smell of the smoke entered the noses of the thousands of people. With sore throats, the fans sang the last lyric of the song. One Direction belted out for everyone to have a good night, their voices hoarse and their faces
Finally though, the second quarter began to wind down and the performers were called to line up. The girls trailed down the stands and through the stadium to the gate from where they would walk out. Three hundred girls filled the opening and waited, and this was the instance where Cassi was not very good at waiting. She felt her nerves rise as the clock counted down, and two minutes before halftime, the performers began to move. They marched in their lines through news crews, bands, football equipment, and mounds of technical equipment.
So this was not my first time at the University’s theater. I arrived early in hopes of finding a good seat, and saw a number of tables set up across the stage. In addition
The air was sparkling. The sunlight was warm. The band struck up the national anthem. The flag billowed in the wind. It should have been a glorious moment for me as the stirring words of the national anthem poured from the stands.
moaning in front of whispers. This piece followed the ABA format, A being the whispers and soloist moaning, and B being the polyphonic middle section. Subjective Reaction: This piece was interesting; it had many parts being sung simultaneously and was chaotic at times. I felt as if I was not getting all of the experience because I could not understand the lyrics and had to rely on other factors such as dynamics to determine what was going on.
The mood of the people was extinguished in an unseen cloud of thick smoke. In a thousand strong men, there wasn’t a single smile or expression of hope. The only sound was their fleeing
You can feel the roar of the crowd as the team enters the field. It was amazing how you could actually feel the noise in your feet as everyone was yelling. People 's eyes were glued to the field whenever something big happened and when a bad call was made everyone wanted to make sure that their opinion was heard no matter
Well not really, the farm had holes in the fence and was in no shape for a 100,000 capacity. The stage was barley getting finished before people started slipping in through the fences. So many people did this that it was to much of a hassle to make them leave, 50,000 to be specific. This left the organizers with some problems, make the concert free or try and force 50,000 people to cough up cash. They went for the former.
As we arrived to the Dunn–Oliver Acadome Arena it began to down pour but that didn’t stop the performance of this show. A whole band entered the stadium and the crowd began to go nuts. I could already tell there were many emotions that people were feeling towards their football teams. People gathered so close to covering each other with umbrellas.
“How We Listen To Music” Aaron Copland The essay "How We Listen," by Aaron Copland was published in New York, both an individual attitude and the aim attitude occur in each separate plane that is being described. The individual attitude is where everything is taking place in the listeners mind, where as they are unaffected by the world around them. Great America Brow furrowed in concentration and anxious about the massive crowds, the ticket collector prepares for the crushing energetic onslaught. The sight of excited park goers, lining up, like a slow, slithering, infinite snake brings a sense of anticipation. Like a curious explorer, I absorb the park map, preparing for my enjoyment of this expansive territory. From a distance, the kaleidoscope of structures, both lure me toward and repel me away from this daunting adventure. Towering high above the low clouds, the roller coasters look like giant pinwheels rotating in the sky.
Over the summer I attended the four day Congress of Future Medical Leaders and it made me realize what I dreamed to become and achieve in life Before the school year of 2017 ended I came home and found a large black envelope on the entrance table, in gold lettering it read “Harvard”. I quickly rushed over to my mom and started frantically waving the sealed envelope in her face, she started yelling for me to open it. On the back was a thick wax seal with the Harvard emblem, I don 't think I ever opened something as carefully as I did then. Inside, there was a thick stack of papers, mom was eager to read them
It’s a perfect night for a concert, warm, calm, and overall elegant. On Friday, September 11 in the Nightingale Concert Hall, a fabulously performed concert called the Argenta Concert Series, The Fifth Anniversary Season, directed by Dmitri Atapine and Hyeyeon Park, took place. In this performance the following musicians performed; Stephanie Sant’Ambrogio on the violin, Dustin Budish on the viola, and James Winn on the piano. Not only that, there was also a guest appearance by Jonah Kim on the cello. Although not the best turnout, there was still a decent audience.

Birds were chirping; flowers swaying in the wind. Warm rays of light hit my face; I stirred awake rubbing the dust out of my eyes. We packed our stuff for the final event of this holiday at the theme park. Everything seemed fine. I got onto the rollercoaster with my family to have some extreme fun.
