Web Based CMS for CBGS System Abstract: The lifeline of the educational institutes to handle examinations and their results is online examination system. Mostly examination activities are done on paper. The most important drawbacks of a manual system, are speed, precision, and simplicity which can be made more efficient through this system. The activities of an examination cell can be managed effectively with the help of a centralized system thereby making it more accessible and convenient for both students and staff. The system aims at replicating offline exam cell process by creating a centralized system. • All the student related database can be retrieved at any time. • Application support and maintenance after deployment to production. Methodology: The Agile development model is also a type of Incremental model. In this case the software is developed in incremental. The developed increments are then released, with each release building on previous functionality. Each release after being developed is thoroughly tested to ensure the quality of the software is maintained. Extreme Programming (XP) is currently one of the most commonly known agile development life cycle models. Advantages of Agile model: • Satisfies customers by rapid, continuous delivery of the software. • Emphasis on people and interaction with them, rather than process and tools. • Constant interaction with Customers, developers, and testers. • Software developed in increments is delivered frequently (weeks rather than months). • The best form of communication is face to face communication. • Daily interaction and communication between business people and developers. • Focuses on technical excellence and good design. • Changes in requirements are welcomed even in later stages of system
In this document I will be discussing potential prompts for change relating to software installation or upgrades for ‘NewVic Company Limited’. Problems with Existing Systems Over a duration of time, New Vic could come across problems with their existing system that a new computer system will be able to fix. One cause of this is that the software that is already in the computer is outdated or in need of an upgrade to begin working again. Another problem this could be caused by is the manufacturer no longer supporting the software which means that they will no longer offer patches for bugs that affects them system. However any alteration that are made to the software may have a negative on the system such as some of the applications not being compatible with the new system.

Higher education is important to most people, but there are times where it does not take priority. One major issue talked about by Magdalena Kay in “A New Course” is that teachers are teaching to the state test, and not to teach students knowledge. There are two perspectives in this article: one is from Magdalena Kay, an associate professor of English at the University of Victoria, and the other is Christopher Lasch. Christopher Lasch is a historian and a social critic, who does not have an inside sight into the educational system. Lasch is only able to express the perspective of an outsider, unlike Kay who has an insight because she is in the educational system.
