Answer :- There are some contributions of organizational behavior in the field of management.
Managing work force diversity:- Organizations are a group of people in terms of age , gender, race etc. Managing of work-force diversity has become a global concern. Managers have to deal with individuals and group belonging to different ethnic culture. They have to control and channelize behavior in the desired direction. Organizational behavior helps in better management of easiness as it help in improving it provides skills that the employees can use on the job such as designing jobs and creating effective team.
Innovation and changing: Organizational behavior helps in stimulating innovation and changes it is organizational behavior which fosters ideas and techniques to promote innovation and changes by improving employee’s creativity.
Work life balance:
Organizational behavior helps in designing flexible jobs which can help employees deal with work life balance issues.
Promoting ethical behavior:
Sometime organizations are in a difficult situation where they have to define right or wrong. In this situation organizational behavior create important role by helping the management which is ethically productivity, job satisfaction and organizational citizenship behavior.

If employees accept extra responsibilities, they feel themselves to be an internal part of the organization. This technique increases their confidence level and maintains their interest in work.
Trust your employees with responsibilities:
Try to make an effort to give the employees with minor job some sense of importance or responsibilities. If they understand exactly how their work is essential to the business. They will have added motivation to succeed in their job.
Hire more selectivity:
They should hire employees that have exactly the right qualifications and personality for the job. A HR manager needs to focus some important criteria in each candidate. Does this person have what it takes to increase your business value? Does this person fit your company culture? Does this person’s life make it possible to offer the sort of commitment, you are looking for? He is intelligent or not. What is their performance level? Because if an employee without experience keeps getting assigned to new roles, then they will not be able to gain expertise in any role.

American Airlines Flight 1420 June 1, 1999, a McDonnel Douglas DC-9-82, dispatched as American Airlines 1420, crashed after it had overran runway 4R, at Little Rock National Airport. The flight claimed the lives of 11 people, including the captain, and 105 passengers received serious or minor injuries, including the first officer and flight attendants (NTSB, 1999). According to the NTSB, this accident was due to pilot error (NTSB, 1999). This report will exam all human interaction as well as performance, utilizing Dr. Scott Shappell’s and Dr. Doug Wiegmann’s HFACS model, so one may find the route cause of the errors, and prevent similar accidents in the future.

1. What problems did you encounter when handling the complaint? Whenever I received complaints, the problem is that the subordinates usually deny or come up with some explanations making it difficult to discuss it in a genuine manner. Sometimes even if we reprimand them for their mistakes it creates a very tense environment in the hospital and it also affects the quality of work.
The Importance of a Company’s Culture The culture of a company is one of the most important and sometimes overlooked factors in an organization.
