According to path-goal theory, leader provides needed direction and support for subordinates to achieve organizational goals (Silverthorne, 2001). Richard et al. (2012) said that path-Goal theory suggests that leaders may not only use similar behaviours with different subordinates but may use different behaviours with same subordinates in certain situation. It is importance because leader can use the leadership styles of path-goal theory to improve their subordinates’ work efficiency.

My definition of good leadership is to influence the people around you to not simply achieve a goal but to accomplish them, in such as way, which both the organization and its members benefit. This definition of good leadership occurs by successfully communicating to people that the goals of the organization are important to them as well. This occurs when people self-internalize a goal or task, analyzing it to determine its importance to them. Self-internalizing the importance of a goal is not something that occurs in a vacuum, even though the decision is made on an individual basis, because external influences constantly shape or even change our values. Our personal values are quite dynamic, changing over time as the social mores in our society evolve.
Passion for work is very important in all kind and size of business and it can lead to survival of organization. Emotional intelligence Emotional intelligence is the ability to understand ones feeling and able to stabilize his feeling to have good quality of life and has empathy for others. It is one of the important ability at the executive position, and it is the most important trait of leader. Emotional intelligence may help to get connected to people and it may also help to speak according to situation and by understanding the moods of others.
