Abstract
This paper will be talk over on the topic of Mahatma Gandhi. He is one of most influential leader whom I admire utmost. Moreover, the paper will be highlighting about his background and will also present on the reason for which I admire him. The actions and behavior he possessed outfits with five practices of exemplary headship. It also discusses about Gandhi’s trustworthiness, how it ascended and if there were any space for perfection. To finish, the paper will put light on if Gandhi would be successful as a leader in a different field of leadership.

Mohandas Karamchand Gandhi was the most significant leader in India’s history to gain independence. He is also the pioneer of nonviolence disobedience act that significantly reformed the shape of the world. He introduced the principle of Satyagraha—resistance to tyranny through mass nonviolent civil disobedience. Gandhi played a huge vital role in demolishing poverty, building harmonious relationship, giving women a voice and eradicating injustice of caste system.
