Organizational Strategy

It is the sum of all the strategies applied to achieve the main objective of the organization. It is usually a long-term process in which we compare the past performance of the organization with the current performance to achieve the goals of the organization. There are several factors that cause poor inventory management such as; inadequate storage space, over ordering and double handling and incomplete and lack of up-to-date information regarding on-site stock.
